★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was simply ridiculous. They did not bring my pizzas and they required I go from there to prove I am not they guy who took the pizza. I got there they did not even offer something more for the inconvenience and two days after I still have not figured out if I will get my two pizzas or if I have to order a new pizza ang get two more for free(which I don t need anymore I only ordered because I have some guests.

After Almost 2hrs od waiting for 2 pizzas delivery guy came but only with 1 pizza and it was wrong pizza.They refused to refund me ma money back.Very unproffesional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered three hours ago and I still don’t get my pizza. I don’t know if the taste is good or not because I haven’t received it yet! I am surprised that it happens like this a lot of times and this restaurant is still doing their business. I will not believe reviews of Thuisbezorg.nl ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I edited my 4 stars to 3 as today the pizza was not that good. The ham tasted bad, like some low quality frozen pizzas. I don't think I will order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't do it. Just don't. It took them 1.5 hour (!) to deliver the pizza, even though the address was 600m further down the street.
Upon arrival we discovered that one of the pizza's was not what we ordered, and when we called them they gave us the option to either just eat it or wait 45 minutes to get the one we actually ordered. Funny remark: they were only willing to deliver the pizza we ordered if we would return the one we didn't want.
The food was not horrible, but you would get the same level of satisfaction if you'd get a pizza from the supermarket. Don't waste your time or your money on this; it is a miracle they even stil exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order here just don't... Don't believe reviews of Thuisbezorg! Here you can find enough reasons not to order. After 3.5 hours of waiting and hearing a lot of excuses we asked them to cancel the order and the owner just sent pizza's. We made sure that we don't want them and he just ignored and refused a refund. They just stole 19 euro from us. I can say that this is the worst restaurant ever and ruined my entire evening of Saturday.

I called them multiple times and they simply told me that it was busy and that I had to be patient. after waiting and calling for 4 hours for my already paid for pizza, I decided to give up and make myself a sandwich for dinner. They could've at least canceled the order or something, because this is not how you treat a customer.
