P	P G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beter dan supermarkt brood maar de laatste tijd wel af en toe gaten in het brood en in combinatie met de prijs, 1 tijgerbruin kost 2,66 kom ik niet verder dan 2 sterren. Update: kost nu 2,75 Better than supermarket bread, but lately there have been holes in the bread and in combination with the price, 1 tiger brown costs 2.66 I don't get further than 2 stars. Update: now costs 2.75

Just being able to pick up the Christmas order 2020 completely corona-proof and quickly in Weidevenne. Nicely arranged team Harry !!
M	Marc Any on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekker brood, ga er speciaal voor naartoe. Deze bakker heeft drie vestigingen, maar dit is voor mij het makkelijkste aanrijden en parkeren. Nadeel is dat het altijd, maar dan ook echt altijd druk is. 15 minuten wachten is geen uitzondering. Ik werk het zelf in de hand, ik sluit netjes achteraan, want het is erg lekker ;) Nice bread, go especially for it. This bakery has three branches, but this is the easiest way to drive and park for me. The disadvantage is that it is always, but really always busy. Waiting 15 minutes is no exception. I work it in my hand, I close neatly at the back, because it is very tasty;)

Zodat je hiervoor gedwongen automatisch toch uit de weg gaat .Er staan 4 stippen op de grond, dus maar 4 klanten per keer in de winkel. Vandaag stond er iemand dichtbij iemand anders zonder mondkapje en te hoesten. Dus de klant waar deze man dichtbij stond kijkt hem wat gebelgd aan, zodat de "oudere"man zijn mondkapje opdoet. Maar wel wat laat. Het jammere is dat het personeel hier niets van zegt. Zodat je zo de kans op schermutselingen zo klein mogelijk houdt. Good bakery, but also "older" people who come in close to you. So that you are forced to automatically avoid this. There are 4 dots on the ground, so only 4 customers at a time in the store. Today someone stood close to someone else without a mask and coughing. So the customer that this man was close to looks at him somewhat annoyed, so that the "older" man puts on his face mask. But a little late. The sad thing is that the staff says nothing about this. So that you keep the chance of skirmishes as small as possible.

L	Laith Shadeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently switch from visiting Harry de Groot the centrum to the branch in Weidevenne. I start visiting the Weidevenne branch for 3-4 times a week. Overall, I like the young staff; they are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had an incident with the so-called "manager". As usual, I buy a few Pide bread and some desserts. I asked before I buy if the bread is freshly baked today. The "manager" claimed it is fresh and not frozen. I asked again; she insisted it is fresh. Then I go ahead and buy, after 5 min before riding my bike, I opened one the bread to check its core, it turns out it is frozen. I went back and asked for a 2-min private talk with the "manager". I was trying to consider the reputation of the place and her privacy. She refused and asked me to speak publicly. I shared my findings with her. Her answer we disrespectful; she insisted it is fresh and kept offering money to wash away her dishonesty. She declined to check the bread or ask any of her colleagues to check. In the end, she said it is called "inside the bakery", although today is 29 Celsius. I left the bread & the money she is offering and go on with my day. I'm writing this to send a message to the people running Harry de Groot. You have build a successful brand that I and many people in Purmerend love. Many of your staff are amazing. On the other hand, the manager of the Weidevenne branch is unfit for such a role. Besides, such toxic behavior from the manager will set a bad example for the young and new staff members. I encourage you to consider diving into why the manager opts for her self-pride & stubbornness over being honest and helpful to the customer.
