Ware entsprach leider nicht der Abbildung und Beschreibung. Meine Kritik daran wurde sehr schroff erwidert. Also hab ich vom Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht und alles zurückgeschickt. Somit muss ich leider den Rückversand (15,99€) selber tragen. Statt den Rechnungsbetrag zurück zu überweisen bekam ich nur Gutscheine über den Teilewert (also ohne Transportkosten der Lieferung zu mir) Erst nach über 10 Mails, Telefonaten, Fristsentzungen und Löschung meines Kundenkontos bekam ich das Geld der Teile selbst zurück. Die damals gezahlten Transportkosten (13€) will mir Ed Smart Parts nicht erstatten. Erst hieß es, die Rücksendung kam beschädigt an, man konnte aber nicht zeigen inwiefern. Außerdem wären Beschädigungen beim Transport/Rücktransport in der Verantwortung des Händlers. Dann hieß es, ich hätte gewerblich gekauft. Das ließ sich entkräftigen, da die gestellte Rechnung und Gutschriften auf mich als Privatperson ausgestellt waren. Und letztendlich bekam ich über 4 Monate später eine falsch korrigierte Rechnung auf meine gewerbliche Anschrift, wobei dies nicht der Beauftragung entspricht. Ich werde Anzeige wegen Internetbetrug und Rechnungsbetrug stellen und diesen Händler zukünftig meiden. Schade dass man hier so mit Kunden umgeht.
Unfortunately, the goods did not correspond to the illustration and description. My criticism of this was answered very harshly. So I made use of the right of withdrawal and sent everything back. So unfortunately I have to pay for the return shipping (15.99 €) myself. Instead of transferring the invoice amount back, I only received vouchers for the part value (i.e. without transport costs for the delivery to me). Only after more than 10 emails, phone calls, delayed deadlines and deletion of my customer account, I got the money for the parts back myself. Ed Smart Parts does not want to reimburse me for the transport costs (13 €) I paid at the time. At first it was said that the return was damaged, but it was not possible to show to what extent. In addition, damage during transport / return transport would be the responsibility of the dealer. Then it was said that I had bought commercially. That could be invalidated, since the invoice and credit notes were made out to me as a private person. And finally, over 4 months later, I received an incorrectly corrected invoice to my commercial address, although this does not correspond to the order. I will be filing charges of internet fraud and billing fraud and will avoid this dealer in the future. It's a shame that you deal with customers like that here.

Geen eerlijke persoon, verkoopt iets, en weken nadien, als je contact neemt, verkoopt hij het niet meer, je bestelt iets, verkeerde levering, Ed ging kijken, maar er is nooit meer op gereageerd, dus oppassen als je er zaken met doet, ik doe het nooit meer. Mijnheer Ed Smart Parts, Ik heb je de verkeerde pins terugopgestuurd, je zou de juiste pins opsturen, ik wacht al jaren op de juiste pins, net zoals dat kofferdeksel met spoiler, ik bestel de verf, dan vertel je doodleuk na een paar weken dat de deal niet doorgaat, jij hebt mij al veel geld gekost
Not an honest person, sells something, then weeks later when you contact he doesn't sell it anymore, you order something, wrong delivery, Ed went to check but never responded so be careful when doing business with it, I'll never do it again. Mr Ed Smart Parts, I sent you back the wrong pins, you were supposed to send the right pins, I've been waiting for the right pins for years, just like that trunk lid with spoiler, I order the paint, then after a few weeks you just plainly tell me that the deal is not going through, you already cost me a lot of money

Rubber matten besteld voor een Smart ForTwo uit 2017. Ook een kunststof mat voor in de kofferruimte en een leuke Smart ordner voor de rekeningen en andere auto papieren. Keurig ingepakt en stipt geleverd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Ordered rubber mats for a Smart ForTwo from 2017. Also a plastic mat for the trunk and a nice Smart file for bills and other car papers. Neatly packed and delivered promptly. To be repeated.

I ordered a lot of smart parts from Japan. At first, I was a little worried because I didn't get an immediate notification of when it would be shipped. However, as a result, it arrived with the polite and quickest delivery than any smart parts shop. Everything was perfect without any problems with the product. I am really grateful that I could get a side skirt for 453, which is not currently available in Japan, at a low price. Thank you.
