Keine Bereitschaft die Fehler zu beheben.
Fehlt jegliche Kundenfreundlichkeit und das Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
The vehicle was sold with increased defects and fraudulently deceived! Water cooler broken full of water and just handed over without saying a word.
Not ready to fix the errors.
Lack of customer friendliness and a sense of responsibility.

I had a very negative experience working with this company.
I will give a little insight. I ordered Renault parts after Renault OEM number. but sent a similar part, but another Renault OEM number. and claims that we have ordered one. when I contacted the supplier and asked for a refund because the part was not usable. At first I offered a small refund with an agreement if I send the part back, after I have prepared everything for dispatch, I received an email when the money will not be returned. This experience cost me 430.00 Euro and one metal scrap in stock. I believe that Mr. Hank who is in charge of truck spare parts is doing his job incorrectly. Please consider cooperating with this company.
