L	Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke spullen, gaan alleen niet zo lang mee.. bij het verkooppunt geweest, deze vonden het gek ware niet dol enthousiast voor een oplossing dus bij Edelman zelf eens gaan horen, vonden ook dat het niet moet kunnen maar konden er verder ook niets mee, wel hun pot maar niet hun garantie.. dat noem ik nog eens dikke pech! De pot heeft bijna 1 jaar bij mij mogen staan, toch zonde! Gaan we niet meer doen.. Nice stuff, just don't last that long.. visited the point of sale, they thought it was crazy were not very enthusiastic for a solution so went to hear from Edelman himself, also thought that it should not be possible but could not do anything with it, but their pot but not their guarantee .. that's what I'm very unlucky! The pot has been allowed to stand with me for almost 1 year, a shame! Let's not do it anymore..

Na aankoop van mijn kunstkerstboom bleek dat ik mijn boom moest registeren om in aanmerking te komen voor de garantie (belachelijk, maar goed dat schijnt de norm te zijn tegenwoordig). Dus ik tik braaf het webadres in, waar ik naartoe moet om de boom te registeren. Echter gaat daarin iets fout en ik word doorgelinkt naar de website van Edelman.eu. Op deze website is echter nergens een registratieformulier te vinden. Waarop ik de klantenservice van Edelman benader en mijn vraag voorleg. Het probleem is blijkbaar bekend en ik word verwezen naar een andere website waar ik het formulier wel in zou kunnen vullen. Dit blijkt niet zo te zijn, dus dit geef ik aan bij de persoon aan de telefoon. Dat viel niet in goede aarde. De chagerijnige medewerker 'klantenservice' snauwt geïrriteerd dat ze dit toch 'over heel de wereld' al zo geregistreerd hebben. Hier heeft ze allemaal geen tijd voor en verbindt me door met een collega die nergens vanaf weet. Walgelijk dit gedrag, waarom werk je bij een klantenservice als je klanten zo hatelijk vindt? Belachelijk dit. Very customer-unfriendly dredging shop. After purchasing my artificial Christmas tree, it turned out that I had to register my tree to qualify for the warranty (ridiculous, but well that seems to be the norm these days). So I dutifully type in the web address, where I need to go to register the tree. However, something goes wrong and I am redirected to the website of Edelman.eu. However, there is no registration form anywhere on this website. After which I approach Edelman's customer service and submit my question. The problem is apparently known and I am directed to another website where I could fill in the form. This turns out not to be the case, so I report this to the person on the phone. That did not go down well. The grumpy 'customer service' employee snaps annoyed that they have already registered this 'all over the world'. She doesn't have time for this at all and puts me through to a colleague who knows nothing about anything. Disgusting this behavior, why do you work at a customer service if you hate customers so much? This is ridiculous.
