Na verschillende concurrenten te hebben geprobeerd ben ik uiteindelijk bij Eden blijven hangen, zij hebben naar mijn gevoel het water met de meest neutrale smaak.
I buy my water bottles as a private individual and go to pick them up personally, I live close by.
After trying different competitors, I finally stuck with Eden, they have the water with the most neutral taste in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maken afspraken en komen deze niet na. Standaard smoes is uitval. Vervolgens krijg je te horen dat ze alleen op twee vaste dagen in de buurt komen. Dus niet op die ene dag terwijl de reden uitval was (schrijven ze). Vervolgens maak je een nieuwe afspraak voor die vaste dag maar komen ze niet zonder enige terugkoppeling naar het bedrijf. Echt waardeloos bedrijf, totaal niet betrouwbaar en niet klantgericht! Ik zou geen zaken doen met dit bedrijf.
Make promises and don't keep them. Standard excuse is failure. Then you are told that they only come around on two set days. So not on that one day when the reason was outage (they write). You then make a new appointment for that fixed day, but they do not come to the company without any feedback. Really worthless company, totally not reliable and not customer focused! I would not do business with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a technical issues with lease coffee machine tough, the service team of Eden reacted pretty fast to solve the issues. We are satisfied with services. Web-shop can be simpler, too many steps(unnecessary clinks of back and forth) in to order to purchase an article. it costs some time purchasing.

Despite a misunderstanding in terms of service on our end, miss van Leeuwen cheerily helped us along. 5 stars for great staff, patience, explaining everything and customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and sincere delivery guy, yet the service team was not pairing with his quality. Their service range has been changed without any notice after the take over. And they did not even reflected the terms of service I applied for in there system, so had to contact several times to have the service I want. Better think of another supplier if you want proper service.
