Voor de bavette 34 euro per kilo betaald en de kleine portie steak ("om te proberen" zo gezegd) toch moeten betalen. Toevallig deze keer expliciet om een bonnetje gevraagd en zag thuis de prijs. Jammer, voortaan toch weer naar de groothandel... Regular customer for over 10 years. I came to get meat for at least 50 euros per week. Ze hebben ook een website waarbij je alles kan bestellen. Mooi verpakt wordt het dan bezorgd. Daarnaast ook zo een vriendelijke personeel. Top zaak dus. What beautiful meat. Lots of choice and you also get good advice on how to prepare the meat. And BBQ tips too. They also have a website where you can order everything. It will be delivered nicely packaged. Also such a friendly staff. So top case.
G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best meats I have found in the Netherlands. I am lucky they come to my local market at SierMarkt in Amsterdam. I was raised in cattle country in the U.S. and had a hard time finding meats of similar quality in NL These guys have it. They not only have top quality meats, but they know how to butcher it, you can get thick cuts and they are well trimmed. You never get a bad or tough cut here. If you like prepared meats they also smoke it and BBQ it. They have a smoked, sliced tri-tip that may be the best I have had anywhere in the world. They do cost a bit more than your average butcher but the quality is MUCH higher. It may not be your butcher for heavily sauced or stewed meats but if you want top quality, and you are preparing a dish where you really taste the meat, this is the place you want to go.
