Too bad we could not cope with the duck decoy itself, but the walk there through the nature reserve was beautiful!

The duck decoy “the Dulver” is a unique natura 2000 area on the seam of Brabant. A hiking route goes through the Elzenbroek forest, rich in seepage-loving plants. Boots or waterproof shoes recommended.

Great walking area, it could be cleaned up a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De wandeling door het natte bosgebied was erg leuk. Jammer dat je de eendenkooi niet in kunt, maar je kunt er relatief dichtbij komen, waardoor je op een afstandje toch iets kunt zien (dat is niet overal zo).
Helaas is de aansluiting aan de andere zijden er niet, waardoor je gedwongen wordt een rondje te lopen en weer aan dezelfde kant van het bos uit te komen.
The walk through the wet forest area was very nice. It's a shame you can't enter the duck decoy, but you can get relatively close to it, so you can still see something from a distance (which isn't the case everywhere).
Unfortunately, the connection on the other sides is not there, so you are forced to walk around and come out on the same side of the forest again.
