★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunchtime meal: food mediocre, portions small, soup served lukewarm. Staff inattentive, did not listen to order, then were surprised when asked where it is. Was going to give tw6o starts, my fellow traveller convinced me to go with three because "his toastie was good". But then it was a toastie, so make of it what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst customer service experience today in my whole life. Three people, we ordered coffees and cakes for 18.5€. Average quality, but this is not the case of this review.
We asked for tap water along with our coffees and sweets. We got 3 small glasses. Kindly asked for another 3 glasses of tap water since we were thirsty from the sweets, and the guy answered "this is not possible, you can have only one glass of tap water per coffee". I couldn't believe my ears. And then the waiter gave this UNBELIEVABLY RUDE answer:
"The tap water costs us, we cannot offer it for free. If every customer who comes here and asks for tap water along with his coffee, how are we gonna make money?"
When in shock I asked him if he meant the cost of 0.0001€ per glass of tap water, he said "Yes. That. It is not zero, so it is not free"
I am still wondering what kind of customer oriented company this is. It was the most embarrassing and rude thing happened in all my life. I asked for the management, the guy told me he was not there. Very rude and ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE in my lifetime.
Case happened Saturday 16 April 2016 at around 20:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location to sit and people-watch. Had a pepperoni pizza and a side of fries. Pizza was very good - cheese was nice and smokey flavoured. Fries were good. Value was ok. Place was clean, server was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go with your family members and co-workers. It has an amazing place over the water and the place looks really modern and we'll decorated.
The drinks all like ever other place and they have some small bites like cakes and sandwiches.
Overall, a good place to go to as a date or just a place to chill. But be wary that the place might be full since it isn't that big inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the best places I’ve been the staff are Extremely friendly and the owner is also friendly too. I had 8 beers so far and seem to not have enough. The food is something that I have never tried before combine the food and beer. Best day of my life. Also to add amazing few of a narrow canal.
