★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll write my review in English even as a local, to serve tourists and the like. I've been here twice, the first time I just had a coffee which was fine, and a young boy was serving who was also friendly. Second time around, we've had an unacceptable experience which is where the one star comes from. Ordered a meatball on a bun; the meatball came out dry and plastic-ey, okay. But when I flipped the bun closed to my horror, there was mold on the bread. Mold!! Went back to tell the staff, and they coolly replied that "that happens, it's busy". Not only can this NOT happen if you have even semi-fresh produce, but also there were only 5 people inside. Staff was even insulted after we left. Do not be fooled by the cosy atmosphere, but spend your hard-earned coin somewhere on a business that cares.
@Edit: After posting this review the owner reached out to me and we had a pleasant conversation, where she apologized. I upped the review to three stars because of this professional approach; very much appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in all Amsterdam. Very unfriendly and unpolite staff. By far the worst experience that we had in the city. From the first minute we were not welcome in the bar and they were rude to us. This is my first bad review ever in Google, after traveling around the world, but it is definetly deserved. They told us that we were 9 people and only 6 were drinking, the people with out a consumption had to leave. They did not let us explain our position or why are colleagues were not able to drink. They lost customers even though the terrace was completly empty and it was raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Dutch Café, the Service was Ok but not unfriendly, so theyll get a Star :) The Hot Wine was Served with Cinnamon and an Orange, witch tasted Super nice, but unfortunaley it wasnt as hot as I needed it in the icecold weather of February Amsterdam. Good beer aswell, but a little pricey . All in All a good Experience

Unpolite behavior by the staff: they told us to leave, while we were the ONLY customers, as we didn't want to order extra coffee.
we had to pay 6€ for a double cappuccino!
