โ โ โ โ โ STAY OUT OF THE RESIDENCE NOVENA HALL SINGAPORE!
The room was very, very dirty in the Novena Hall. We replaced the children to a hotel, because EF the Netherlands didn' t do anytingh to solve this problem before the next morning. The children had to sleep in very dirty beds, etc.
After they received the key, they searched the person of EF in the building but they couldn't find him, to complain.. The reception was already closed.
The reality is totally different from the photo's on their site
The extra costs for the hotel, taxi etc. are almost 1600,= Euro, 2 persons.
EF don't want to pay this amount to us.
In this building are more rooms very dirty, we find out.
EF doesn't understand whats happening and is very stupid about this.
They hide themselves and don't want to solve these very awful problems.

โ โ โ โ โ Best time of my life thanks to EF! I recommend EF to everyone from all over the world, they're really organised and if there's something wrong with your trip, they will do something about it immediatly. EF wants you to have the best time of your life , and they succeeded!

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Malaga for two weeks with EF and I truly had the best time of my life! I met so many amazing and incredibly kind people and everything was extremely organised, which made sure that I had the best time. I stayed at the campus, which was wonderful because it was really close to everything; the beach, the school and it was the place where everyone kind of gathered, so that truly was the best. I would recommend anyone to go on a trip with EF, because you really won't regret it. Everyone was extremely open and kind, which made sure that everyone had a great time; when you were in the lounge for example, someone would just come to you and start a conversation, even though you had never seen or spoken to that person before, this was so great and in that way everyone easily made friends and had a great time. The lessons were lovely too and I had the best teacher ever! He taught me quite a lot in two weeks and he interacted with us a lot, which made the lessons really fun and interesting. During the lessons the teacher only spoke in Spanish to us, but sometimes he translated something in English to make sure that we understood everything. Furthermore, did he speak very clearly and with a lot of handgestures, which helped a lot. In conclusion, if you are doubting whether to go or not, do it, go, really, you will have the most wonderful time of your life and it is truly worth everything.
