The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is also clean and the food is awesome. I would surely stay here again in the future.

Really nice hotel Efteling style. Service with a smile, beautiful decorations. Good bar and dining area. Dietary needs could be handled better. Excellent Corona measures, both in the park and the hotel. Free parking service, speed entrance to the theme park. Great experience.

Longest check-in process ever ?. Waited for an hour to check-in just because of some transaction confusion between the hotel and travel agency. They ask me to repay the amount. Unprofessional and inexperienced?. Room is mediocre. Breakfast is somewhat ok. Overall experience is quite dull there

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel during the visit in the Efteling. The floor where we slept was renovated completely and everything was nice and tidy, as you may expect.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms and the food was amazing. The staff were also sublime, friendly and welcoming. If we could stay longer we absolutely would!

Had a sleep over in Fata Morgana. Really loved the entourage. And loved the jacuzzi! The staff working there all are friendly. Would love to visit another time!!

We had a magical stay at a fantastic hotel. Although everyone has heard of the theme park, not enough positive is said of the equally great hotel. As we entered the hotel into its lovely themed lobby, we were greeted at reception by helpful staff who provided us with a key to the luggage storage. I appreciated that this was a locked room and that the staff made sure to check when we used it. Too often do some hotels simply direct you to a room without a lock, which always makes me a bit wary of the safety of the luggage. We then had a lovely day at the theme park and made use of the early entrance we were given. It really helps you avoid the queues for the attractions that gather the most people. We then made our way to our room, which again was lovely themed and had everything we could need for a great night of sleep. Before we slept though, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant: a delicious 3 course meal that we both thoroughly enjoyed, from the guinea fowl main to the hazelnut parfait dessert which had been made to look like the iconic fairy tale tree from the park, it was a great experience. The staff were all very attentive and spoke English as well as Dutch, so there was no difficulty when ordering. After a great night of sleep in a very comfortable bed, we returned to the restaurant for our delicious free breakfast that came with the stay. An amazing platter had been arranged at our table: pastries, fruits, meats, cheeses, spreads and anything else you could imagine was presented to us (with the additional option to order freshly prepared eggs and bacon from the staff). In the time of corona it was great that they were able to create an amazing breakfast experience without compromising on safety. All in all, our time at the hotel was comfortable, delicious and magical. Fantastic staff and fantastic accommodations. I look forward to staying again some day and highly recommend the experience to anyone who has the opportunity to take it.

If you want to stay in a hotel which is completely in theme with one of the most beautiful parcs in Europe then search no more. The themed suites in the Efteling Hotel are one of a kind, offering both kids and adults alike an amazing stay. With a ton of things to discover. Breakfast buffet was of top quality and even with the covid rules they offered a decent alternative with an assorted plate provided at the table. In one word magical!
