★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolutely unprofessional and bad company that makes use of the poor housing situation for students in the Netherlands.
I received my room full of furniture and super dirty, but solved it by myself to not cause trouble with the tenant before. However when I moved out and I was still in discussion with the new tenant about the furniture, they removed my stuff without informing me before and charged me an incredible and unreasonable amount for it. The way they change their principles and treat tenants differently is absolutely wrong and if you have the chance then please take another rental agency.
