★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een grote teleurstelling! Doorheen de dag gebeld om te reserveren. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we naar een 4pers tafel gebracht en zeker 40min genegeerd door de bediening. Vervolgens ging ik naar de bar om achter de kaart te vragen en bediend te worden.
Het ergste van al was dat ze ons niet meer herkende en niet zag zitten terwijl het helemaal niet zo druk was. Ze kwam naar ons toe om uit te leggen dat we normaal op voorhand moesten reserveren en dat we niet zomaar iets konden shisheren en drinken.
Vervolgens verplaatste ze ons naar een kleinere tafel helemaal in de hoek onder een muziekbox. En toen vroegen we opnieuw of we de kaart konden krijgen.
Na een 20-tal minuten kwam ze terug om te zeggen dat ze de kaart niet vond. Terwijl we zagen dat ze intussen andere mensen aan het bedienen was. Ze zei dat we ieder verplicht 1 shisha moesten nemen en dit voor €20/shisha. Vreemd want we zagen dat dit aan andere tafels niet zo was. Hierna was de maat vol en zijn we gelukkig uit deze grap vertrokken.
De kers op de taart was dat ze niet eens vroeg waarom we door gingen.
Met andere woorden: ofwel is de bediening en de plek echt waardeloos ofwel waren we nooit gewild en probeerden ze ons buiten te krijgen.
Dit was de eerste en zeker de Laatste keer!
 What a great disappointment! Called throughout the day to make a reservation. Once arrived we were taken to a 4pers table and ignored for 40min by the wait staff. Then I went to the bar to ask and be served behind the card.
Worst of all, she didn't recognize us and didn't like it when it wasn't all that busy. She came to us to explain that we normally had to book in advance and that we couldn't just shish and drink something.
Then she moved us to a smaller table all the way in the corner under a music box. And then we asked again if we could get the card.
After about 20 minutes she came back to say she didn't find the map. While we saw that she was now serving other people. She said that we each had to take 1 shisha and this for € 20 / shisha. Strange because we saw that this was not the case at other tables. After this the measure was full and fortunately we left this joke.
The icing on the cake was that she didn't even ask why we kept going.
In other words, either the service and the place are really crappy or we were never wanted and they tried to get us out.
This was the first and certainly the Last time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super shisha echt ben een aantal keer geweest en was altijd naar wens verlopen zelf hebben ze een vip kamer was erg leuk personeel ook heel vriendelijk echt zeker kom ik vaker
Super shisha I've been a few times and always went well myself they have a VIP room was very nice staff also very friendly I will definitely come more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ontzettend jammer. Duur en hele kleine porties. 1 grote shoarma schotel. Zowel friet als shoarma smaakte goed maar voor ongeveer 11,00 wel grotere portie verwacht. 1 broodje kon gevuld worden (we zijn gewend 2 en houden nog over) friet was ook erg weinig. 2 broodjes Döner besteld, nou daarvan moest je 't vlees tussen je broodje echt zoeken. Echt ongelofelijk. Vlees was ook niet erg vers en smaakvol Had gehoopt een goede zaak in de buurt te vinden om af te halen sinds pico bello dicht is.
Vriiendelijk waren ze zeker maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar vanwege de kleine portie.
What a pity. Expensive and very small portions. 1 large shawarma dish. Both fries and shoarma tasted good, but expect a larger portion for around 11.00. 1 sandwich could be filled (we are used to 2 and have left) fries were also very little. Ordered 2 Döner sandwiches, well you really had to find the meat between your sandwich. Really unbelievable. Meat wasn't very fresh and flavorful either Had been hoping to find a good place to take out nearby since pico bello is closing.
They were certainly friendly but not worth repeating because of the small portion.

A great place with a family atmosphere where all kinds of music can be played even at the request of the customer, excellent meal with choice.
I couldn't go back to Istanbul without going through EHL-I KEYIF, thank you Bayram thank you Ferit, 2 super intentioned people with great care for their customers as well as the staff who are super lovely THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has horrible experience, we wrote wrong adres and then we called him to change it if he could bring it to us and he said yes. After 1 hour we called back and he said he’s not bringing anything we have to go to pick it up. We went and he said that he canceled the order and we have to pay one more time even with the cost with delivery which it was not delivered to our home. Of course we didn’t pay twice. And I put the food on the car and it was full of oil. I don’t mind if he could say kindly please could you come to pick up the food because I have no time, but he was really rude and lying all the time.
