C	Corinne Hodges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For private rental, this company is very good, friendly, and helpful and I always liked talking to them and visiting houses with them. They have a good understanding of people who don't fit in with the standard requirements in the Dutch rental market, but who can perfectly well afford to rent.
F	FSL T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EHR proved to be very flexible when I asked them for help. I was on a tight schedule and had to come from the other side of the country. They had no problem to reschedule up until three times, because I had to cancel twice. Perfect! Very friendly and very helpful. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision nor had the feeling that they are only friendly when showing real interests in their portfolio. In the end, I had to say good-bye to them, since I went with a different realtor. (I was in contact with several of them at the same time). Thanks to EHR, I was able to see a couple of houses. EHR never asked for any payment. That's what I call service. I don't have experience with EHR when pursuing a contract (hence one star off), but I'd definitely recommend them based on my experience.

That turned out to be a dead end street. I then contacted EHR Arnhem and suddenly the opportunity to find a house for my family became reality. Whereas the other agents refused to even consider my application EHR had it's doors open and helped me find a suitable property. The whole EHR team was very helpful, punctual and friendly. As an expat I can only praise this letting agency and can recommend to anyone.

The communication is direct and personal, ehr has replied to every email or call within the same day. The conditions and terms are clear before you start renting an apartment. The employees of ehr are always willing to help and make you as comfortable as can be. I have to add that this doesn't end once you start renting. Now after a year I am happy to have chosen EHR, they have clearly build the company on values that are too many times forgotten. I felt that the client was most important. That's what it's all about!

Took 55-60 back and forth emails before the contract got signed and the quality of service plummeted drastically afterwards. Had to continue the discussion with the landlord directly since I was told that they work for the landlords and not the tenants (which at least is honest but does not excuse the tone). Hate to leave a negative review like this but after my last "conversation" with them, I was left with no other option.

Engaging with EHR was an exception which met all my expectations of a high quality and professional service with great communication. From the very first engagement, it was evident they understood many of the issues an expat would face finding a new home in a different country, and made the entire process a positive experience. That hasn't changed over the many years of interacting with them. Highly recommend the organisation for their professional commitment in servicing realestate needs.

We chose EHR this time as well. It has been an extremely pleasant experience during both the times. Right from the start, EHR has been professional and responsive. They had a good grasp about our requirements and showed us relevant options to choose from. Clear and prompt communication over email/phone kept things smooth. Their services like detailed check-in/check-out inspection reports and a third-party foundation that holds the deposit kept the process transparent. We did not avail their add-on services like hiring professional cleaners during check-out, but were impressed that they do offer it. We received our full deposit in less than a week after we checked-out. Of course, we had made the effort to leave the house clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

How much ever you try and clean the house while you return the keys, its easy for them to find flaws and charge you against that. They will not have a pre inspection, they directly do final inspection and charge you from your deposit. Its a long story which wont be reasonable to share here. But just be careful while you deal with them and when you have to get your deposit back. (Specially Expats!) Please visit Facebook page for more reviews about them.
