★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kort na de aankoop van de woning hadden wij op 5 verschillende plaatsen lekkage in de woning. Allemaal, zichtbaar vanaf de buitenkant, bouwkundige gebreken dus. Allemaal niet waargenomen door degene die ging keuren.
 Shortly after the purchase of the house, we had leakage in the house in 5 different places. All, visible from the outside, so structural defects. All not observed by the person who went to judge.
