Antwort: "Das bekommen wir schon irgendwie hin." Super freundlich, sehr vorsichtig und auch mit unseren beiden Töchtern klasse im Umgang. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Since we needed something from the pharmacy for our little ones, we tried our luck to get a corona test without an appointment. Answer: "We'll manage that somehow." Super friendly, very careful and also great with our two daughters. We are very satisfied!

Auf weitere Nachfrage warum und dass ich das Problem nicht verstehe kam nur eine inkompetente, patzige Antwort. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich in einer Apotheke, auf ich nunmal u.a. in diesem Fall angewiesen bin, noch nie erlebt. Unglaublich. Wer fachkundige Hilfe benötig sollte diese Apotheke meiden! “Don't have time” to issue the digital vaccination card (no other customer in the shop). When asked why and that I do not understand the problem, there was only an incompetent, snotty answer. I've never seen anything like this unfriendly in a pharmacy, which I am dependent on in this case, among other things. Incredible. If you need expert help, you should avoid this pharmacy!

Gehe hier schon seit einigen Monaten zum Testen hin und hier gibt es einen digitalen Impfausweis, der auch in eine kleine Geldbörse passt. Es gibt immer wieder tolle Sonderaktionen, wie die Hautanalyse, die ja wichtig ist für das Aussuchen der richtigen Hautpflege. Von Apotheker bis zum Lieferanten! In der gesamten Coronapandemie, ist soviel neue Arbeit für die Apotheken hinzu gekommen und da vergessen wohl einige, dass der normale Betrieb, vor allem die Versorgung mit Arzneimittel, an erster Stelle steht! Trotz teilweise höheren Belastungen, ist das Team immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Danke an alle!! I can't understand the negative reviews at all! Hier hat man auch nie das Gefühl, das sie einen nur was für teures Geld verkaufen möchten. Bei Fragen nehmen sich alle immer Zeit.
