i have never bought a car or used their maintenance service. i however did buy plenty of parts here and i am quite satisfied with the whole process. with quick shipping or pickup, good return service and friendly people at the desk.

Purchased a bmw here and absolutely unsatisfying customer service. No intimation about the delivery time even the day before the delivery. We had to keep sending emails and several calls to get information about the delivery. Even after several calls they dodged my calls with the reason that the sales person is busy with other customers and the sales person doesn’t call me back most of the times. The sales person was also rude at some point. Very unprofessional.

It's been couple moths since i spend almost 2k Euro for not fixing my car... I came with couple faults DCS TPMS and PS on dashboard and (FlexRay fault in FEM) ask to check FEM module, they said that it is broken, then after they said DME (ECU cost is approx 1600e) i said no and bring used one (better lose 200e than 1600e) also not correct diagnose. Finally they gave my car back but problem appears next day, when i came back they "check" the car and said i have to spend about 1500e for full diagnosis of course i said NO way. I download wiring diagram via newTIS and found the bad connection cable by myself after 2 hours. I solder the cable for good contact and DONE ! I left my car in dealer's place to save time but i lost money. They should take FEM module back and give my money back!!! i shouldn't pay for their FAULTS. I strongly do not recommend this place. The explanations of problem while repairing there were like J.H. Andersen talking about rocket science. So IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY and DON'T like to drive fixed car that is Your only best choice. Dishonest and with incredible mistakes continously done, if all were really mistakes, that is assumed that you just have to pay for them. I felt like if I was dealing with scammers. Car sellers has very bad reputation, but this goes far beyond that. Is not worth taking the risk of buying your car there, or trying to repair it there. I bought and installed a supposed 4g dashcam at Ekris Utrecht paying almost 900€, only to find later that really it was a 3g Chinese camera that I could buy for 69€ on Internet and that I couldn't find a working sim in NL for it. It took me almost a month taking the car there almost two days every week with different big problems(including the electric engine of the car not working or the windshield washer all the time missing water) for them to correctly install a dashcam that I bought myself to replace the 3g Chinese one. I bought a car at Ekris Utrecht that I was told that only belonged to one private owner before I bought it, only to find later that it was a rental car and was registered at two companies before I bought it, no private owner anywhere. I installed at Ekris Utrecht an alarm that disables the car and the mechanic were one day looking for what was generating that disabling, thinking it was a miss function, I had to explain to them how the (very expensive)alarm that they installed works to recover my car the day after. The alarm doesn't works properly since then, but I gave up taking the car there. And few more really bad experiences at EkrisUtrecht, including feeling really discriminated and treated really bad(I.e. suddenly a member of the staff crossing a car in front of mine and blocking my exit and any possible movement of my car when I was just accelerating my car to leave the garage, I had to brake and then he ran to me screaming because they gave me a dirty rental car with a damaged tire that I didn't noticed when I returned it. I felt like a criminal hunted, the criminal was about to escape!! Hunt him!!!! What a horrible experience). Any other place will be for sure better, a lot cheaper and a lot more reliable. Run away
