★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had to argue with the personnel. Pharmacist tells you to pay for the medication you allegedly received somewhen in the past! They don’t have any system controlling the work of pharmacists so they can claim whatever they feel like. The worst personnel ever met, they don’t help patients but accuse them of all their problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for many years. In my experience the only minus point is the overt lack of empathy of some of the personnel. But it's a Dutch pharmacy and you don't expect empathy in the NL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably RUDE, slow, unfriendly and unhelpful personel. I was a client here for 5 years, and nothing has changed for the better. Not in a single other place in the Netherlands I, as a client, was treated with that much disrespect and neglection. Nothing ever works smooth, getting you medicines is a week-long challenge with hours of waiting and humiliation. So, if you're looking for some friendly, happy, helpful service RUN away as soon as you can!
