★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitermate tevreden over de support van Elec2Go. Bij aanvraag van een offerte een duidelijk advies gekregen van Casper. Hierna opdracht geplaatst waarna de bestelde Zappi lader snel geleverd werd. Nadat lader thuisbezorgd is toch gaan twijfelen aan lengte van oplaadkabel. Contact gehad met Casper en lader kon zonder problemen geruild worden. Hierna afspraak gemaakt met monteur Steve voor installatie welke lader snel en vakkundig geplaatst heeft. Al met al zeer positieve ervaringen met Elec2Go, een aanrader indien u een laadpaal wilt aanschaffen.
Extremely satisfied with the support of Elec2Go. When requesting a quote, Casper provided clear advice. After this an order was placed after which the ordered Zappi charger was delivered quickly. After the charger has been delivered to your home, you start to doubt the length of the charging cable. Had contact with Casper and charger could be exchanged without any problems. After this, an appointment was made with mechanic Steve for installation which installed the charger quickly and professionally. All in all, very positive experiences with Elec2Go, recommended if you want to purchase a charging station.

Ben ik in juli 2021 geslaagd bij Elec2go en kan ik niet anders concluderen dat de combinatie van Elec2go in samenwerking met het easee platform een succes is met duidelijke en snelle feedback en oplossingen.
Mijn installatie heeft vanaf moment van installeren juli 2021 gelijk zijn werk kunnen doen en is bestand voor mijn toekomstige elektrische autos op dit moment is dat een mg en en smart eq.
Door de flexibiliteit van de laadpaal en equalizer kan ik in de toekomst mijn vervoersmiddelen en laadpaal nog beter op elkaar laten afstemmen.

I passed Elec2go in July 2021 and I can only conclude that the combination of Elec2go in collaboration with the easee platform is a success with clear and fast feedback and solutions.
My installation has been able to do its job immediately from the moment of installation in July 2021 and is resistant to my future electric cars. At the moment, that is a mg and a smart eq.
Due to the flexibility of the charging station and equalizer, I will be able to coordinate my means of transport and charging station even better in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICE en KWALITEIT. Ja, met hoofdletters. Het bestaat nog. Na een rondje “kijk en vergelijk” was het overduidelijk. Elec2Go sprong er bovenuit. Goeie adviezen van Casper. Geen gladde verkooppraatjes, maar echt meedenken over de beste oplossing. Aanvullende vragen? Geen probleem, worden direct en kundig beantwoord. Installateur Steve is ook een topgast. Na levering van de Zappi-laadpaal werd er onmiddellijk geïnstalleerd. En toen de netbeheerder aanvullende werkzaamheden had verricht, stond hij dezelfde middag op de stoep voor de afronding. Steve is stipt op tijd, werkt netjes en helpt je met geduld op weg. Kortom, stop met zoeken. Bij Elec2Go moet je zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs een Easee Easy Homebox laten plaatsen door Elec2go. Zeer naar tevredenheid geholpen vanaf het offerte traject t/m de installatie inclusief uitleg van het apparaat aan huis. Voorlopig gekozen voor een 1 fase aansluiting.
Recently had an Easee Easy Homebox installed by Elec2go. Helped very satisfactorily from the quotation process to the installation, including an explanation of the device at home. For the time being opted for a 1 phase connection.

Great company. Good advice, fast delivery and installation by knowledgeable technicians who work neatly. Certainly price/quality ratio is very good. Easee Home 3-phase with load balancer charging point purchased top product. Would definitely recommend them.
