I'm from Angola and I work almost 9 years at Elektromach BV with much pleasure.

A client of Electromach, we visited the facility for inspections and tour. We found them to produce workmanship to a high standard with great working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and how thye apply to product certification.

I am an international employee of Electromach, I am from China and I started working in Electromach from November 2012 as an Electrical Engineer. During this one and half year I enjoyed my work very much, in my opinion Electromach has a very friendly and harmony working environment, colleagues are very helpfully and respectively to each other. As a foreign employee I feel to start my career in Electromach is one of the most fortune thing in my life. At the time when I just graduated from the school I was searching for a job in the Netherlands, however the economic environment was not very well at that time and I had no experience, these made me had a trepidation about if this would be an obstacle for me to find a job on time, but Electromach made all the worries became unnecessary. I sent an application to Electromach, they replied me very fast and invited me to an interview, after a short while I obtained a position in the company. Since then, all my colleagues are giving me a lot of help whenever I have questions and problems, everybody are patient to me and willing to teach me everything I needed. My supervisors give me very much chances to learn the knowledge for this entire industry and I always have a lot of opportunities to practice all the theories I ever gained. I could not understand Dutch very well, so the company even arranged few times individual English internal training for me. This was very important for me from knowing nothing about explosion prove to gain decent knowledge in a short time. This job is full of challenge, it fascinates me in going further in my career. During my time here, I also enjoyed very much in the interactivities between me and my colleagues, we are not only colleagues but also friends. Everybody speaks English and willing to know some more about a different culture. In the spare time we talk about everything, share our interests, also create many activities together. Even when we are not together we always share our life events on facebook, whatsapp and so on, therefore our relation is more and more close. Electromach already become a very important part of my life. There may be many troubles in the life when people are living in a foreign country, besides giving me training for how to be a proper engineer, the company also find me a Dutch lesson to increase my Dutch speaking level, it gives a huge convenience of my life here in the Netherlands. Electromach is a company which gives people opportunities in starts a career, especially it is a wonderful place to help foreign people to start a life in the Netherlands. Because it is a place where foreign people could be taken a great care, not only in career but also in life. I believe this is a company would have a huge success in the future with the international relationship in both business and employment.

A company that seems to have many ambitions to do business internationally while refusing to accept new workers with foreign backgrounds. Many people who tried to work there even with experiences they asked were refused while white skinned people with a Dutch background were being allowed to work in this Factory.
