Familie bedrijf.
Electronic Logistics is in 2004 opgericht in Zeewolde. We bestaan al een poos en hebben gaandeweg veel geleerd. De (afwisselende) wensen van opdrachtgevers, bijvoorbeeld. Die zijn in de loop der jaren veranderd. Doordat het bedrijf snel kan schakelen zijn we in staat mee te bewegen.
Jaap & Ria de Greef zijn trotse oprichters. In 2015 hebben George en Niels de Greef het bedrijf overgenomen. Een familiebedrijf waar iedereen zich met passie inzet. Dat zie je terug in de bedrijfsvoering en het contact met klanten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte transporteur , heb meerdere malen gevraagd om eerder te komen maar hebben daar maling aan.
Komen naar 18.00 met 5 pallets terwijl de winkels dan al dicht zijn .
Geen begrip voor situatie klant en komen niet met oplossing
 Bad transporter, have asked several times to come earlier but have no qualms about that.
Come to 6 pm with 5 pallets while the shops are already closed.
No understanding of customer situation and do not come up with a solution

Nice carrier thinks very much with the customer. Nothing is too crazy and goods are handled neatly.

Ik zou een mail krijgen tussen 7u en 8u op de leveringsdag met uur van levering.
Helemaal niks gekregen... om 10u dan maar zelf contact opgenomen.
Een zeer onbeleefde man beantwoorde het gesprek.
Dan bleek dat er een fout was gebeurd en de levering niet kon doorgaan... geen excuses niks.
Morgen komt de levering tussen 6u en 10u snauwde hij.
Ik had vandaag al een vrije dag genomen , maar ze denken daar zeker dat iedereen zo maar thuis kan zijn wanneer het hen uitkomt !
Dan vroeg ik of het mogelijk was de televisie die ik had gekocht mee naar de 1e verdieping te brengen zoals op hun website stond vermeld.
Naar woonkamer of zélfs zolder staat daar.
De man beweerde dat dit niet op hun website staat dus kijkt U zelf maar even.
Dan werd me meegedeeld dat ze dit niet doen in België... daar vind ik ook helemaal niks van terug op de site.
Hopelijk moet ik nooit meer iets te maken krijgen met Electronic Logistics.
Very bad service ....
I would receive an email between 7am and 8am on the delivery day with the delivery time.
Received nothing at all ... at 10 am I contacted myself.
A very rude man answered the call.
Then it turned out that an error had happened and the delivery could not go ahead ... no apologies, nothing.
Tomorrow the delivery will arrive between 6am and 10am, he snapped.
I had already taken a day off today, but they certainly think that everyone can be at home when it suits them!
Then I asked if it was possible to bring the television I bought to the 1st floor as stated on their website.
To the living room or even the attic is there.
The man claimed this is not on their website so check it out for yourself.
Then I was informed that they do not do this in Belgium ... I do not find anything about that on the site.
Hopefully I never have to deal with Electronic Logistics again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slechte comunicatie met bezorger. Tijdstip was tussen 14:30 en 16:45. Ik ben thuis om 14:32 en was niemand. Ik heb mijn bestelling gemist. Klantenservice zegt, dat moet ik morgen gele dag aanwezig zijn. Ik ben niet tevreden van deze bedrijf.
Very bad communication with delivery person. Time was between 2:30 PM and 4:45 PM. I am home at 2:32 PM and was no one. I have missed my order. Customer service says that I must be there tomorrow yellow day. I am not satisfied with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service ! TV zou bezorgd worden om 14.38 uur echter 16.45 uur nog niemand aan de deur geweest. Bellen naar bedrijf,... chauffeur zou zich 3 uur hebben verslapen ! Niemand die dan denkt om even de klant hiervan op de hoogte te stellen, nu 17.30 uur en nog steeds NIETS !!! GEEN AANRADER
Bad service ! TV was supposed to be delivered at 2:38 PM, but no one was at the door yet at 4:45 PM. Calling the company,... driver would have overslept for 3 hours! Nobody thinks to inform the customer about this, now 5.30 pm and still NOTHING !!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Fast unloading within an hour. Papers are fast too. There was a pause near the firm on the road. There is an office inside, there is a toilet.
