Personeel komt afspraken niet na.
Gekochte kleding moet minimaal 4x terug voor reparatie/ aanpassing
Zowel Taj Fashion als Elegancewinkels, branden je ogen van de stof/chemisch geur.
Zij geven hun fouten nooit toe.
Bij retour/ foutieve kleur-product, wordt het betaalde bedrag met moeite geretourneerd.
Jammer van de veelal mooie spullen die ze verkopen, maar door elke keer terug gaan en vermaken/ netjes afwerken van de kleding, heb je alsnog niet waar voor je geld.
Hele familie heeft hier voor komende bruiloft kleding gehaald, en nog kijken ze niet naar je om wanneer je een afspraak hebt.
Ze laten je makkelijk een half uur tot een uur wachten in de winkel.
De dames bij Elegance : Onprofessioneel, lijken pubers die nog in de schoolbanken zitten. Grappen grollen en giechelen waar klanten bij staan.
Klanten worden niet serieus genomen.
Ik koop hier nooit meer wat......................

Both Taj Fashion and Elegance stores burn your eyes with the dust/chemical smell.
They never admit their mistakes.
In case of return / wrong color product, the paid amount will be returned with difficulty.
Too bad about the mostly beautiful stuff they sell, but by going back every time and having fun / neatly finishing the clothes, you still don't have value for money.
Whole family has bought clothes here for upcoming wedding, and still they don't look at you when you have an appointment.
They can easily make you wait half an hour to an hour in the store.
The ladies at Elegance : Unprofessional, seem like teenagers still in school. Joking and giggling in front of customers.
Customers are not taken seriously.
I will never buy anything here again...........
