Oplossingen interesseert ze niet. Ze behandelen je respectloos en zeer amateuristische NOOIT MEER! Ordered for the 2nd time on the webshop. After 5 days a dry email that the product is not available! And yes this is no coincidence it is the 2nd time with me. She is not interested in solutions. They treat you disrespectfully and very amateurish NEVER AGAIN!

Ondertussen is de schoenen al meer dan een week bij hun. Als je ze belt krijg je te horen collega die jou heeft geholpen is er niet. Hij belt je wel terug. Gebeurt vervolgens niet. Zeer slechte klantenservice. Nooit meer Very bad service when it comes to a complaint. Everyone sends you to the other. Without a solution. The shoes have been with them for over a week now. If you call them, you will be told a colleague who has helped you is not there. He'll call you back. Then does not happen. Very bad customer service. Never again

Super neat helped by a very nice Mr. Regis. That's how it should be to help customers. Nothing was too much and left the store with a good feeling.

D	Dees van der Linden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet nakomen beloften / valse advertering Ik heb bij ELEGANZA een bestelling geplaatst om 09.37 op 01-06-2021 met levering voor dezelfde dag. ELEGANZA geeft aan op hun webshop dit te kunnen realiseren als de bestelling voor 12.00 wordt geplaatst. Omdat na 3 uur mijn bestelling nog op processing stond heb ik om 12.34 gebeld met de vraag of mijn order wel correct verliep. De medewerkster aan de telefoon gaf aan dat mijn order inderdaad correct was verwerkt en dat ik spoedig een mail met een track and trace zou ontvangen. Echter deze ontving ik pas rond 14.00 in de middag, in de track and trace zal ik daarna dat deze stond op levering woensdag 02-06-2021. Ik benaarde de koerier en gie gaf aan dat de bestelling dusdanig laat ( c.q. 14.00 ) was aangemeld bij hen en dus niet meer vandaag geleverd kon worden. Ik heb ELEGANZA gebeld, de medewerkster die ik toen kreeg te spreken gaf aan dat ze verder niks voor mij kon betekenen en dat ik de bestelling pas dinsdag avond zou ontvangen. Daarop zei ik, annuleer maar alles en stort mijn geld maar direct terug dan ga ik zo meteen alsnog naar een winkel om het zelfde product te kopen. Hierop gaf zei aan dat ook dat niet mogelijk is. Ik moest na ontvangst maar een retour proces in gaan. Na aan alle kanten tegengewerkt te zijn door ELEGANZA vroeg ik naar hun klachtformulier omdat ik het verkoopproces niet vond verlopen zoals ik verwacht van een bedrijf anno 2021. Ook hierin kon zij mij niet helpen aangezien ze geen klachten aannemen en dit maar op trustpilot moest melden. Breaking promises / false advertising I placed an order with ELEGANZA at 09.37 on 01-06-2021 with same day delivery. ELEGANZA indicates on their webshop that it can realize this if the order is placed before 12.00. Because after 3 hours my order was still on processing, I called at 12.34 pm to ask if my order went correctly. The employee on the phone indicated that my order had indeed been processed correctly and that I would soon receive an email with a track and trace. However, I did not receive this until around 14.00 in the afternoon, in the track and trace I will then say that it was on delivery Wednesday 02-06-2021. I approached the courier and Gie indicated that the order had been registered with them so late (or 14:00) and could therefore no longer be delivered today. I called ELEGANZA, the employee I got to speak to indicated that she couldn't do anything for me and that I would not receive the order until Tuesday evening. Then I said, cancel everything and refund my money immediately, then I will go to a store in a moment to buy the same product. He said that that is not possible either. I had to go through a return process after receipt. After being opposed on all sides by ELEGANZA, I asked for their complaint form because I did not think the sales process went as I expect from a company in 2021. She could not help me with this either, since she does not accept complaints and had to report this on trustpilot.
D	Dennis Mertz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen afspraak niet na. Heb na overleg afgesproken zelfde dag te ontvangen. Helaas kwamen ze dit niet na. Jammer het leek al te mooi om waar te zijn. Niks bestellen dus Don't keep appointment. After consultation agreed to receive the same day. Unfortunately they did not follow through on this. Too bad it seemed too good to be true. So don't order anything
G	Good Bear Cookies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is extremely friendly. I came 3 times to try the same pair of shoes because I doubted the size (and was truly in love with the shoes). He never lost patience and seeing that the size was too big, he even browsed the web to help me in my quest. I didn’t happens to buy the shoes but was really impressed by the friendliness of the people there, and their service.
