elektricien Den Haag had het voor ons vervangen en alles werkt nu beter dan de vorige
groepenkast.

electrician came in and had the problem fixed quickly.

β β β β β Erg tevreden over het bedrijf. Ik bel ze vaker als ik een probleem met iets hebt. Ze nemen
altijd de telefoon op en maken we dan netjes een afspraak. De elektriciens die komen netjes
de afspraak na en ik word dan netjes geholpen door elektricien Den Haag.
Very satisfied with the company. I call them more often when I have a problem with something. They take

β β β β β Ik had een storing in de meterkast en ze kwamen zelfs dezelfde dag naar me toe. Ze
hadden het probleem snel gevonden en voor mij opgelost. De elektriciens kwamen prof over
en ze legde veel uit wat er niet goed was met de meterkast.
I had a malfunction in the meter box and they even came to me the same day. They
quickly found the problem and solved it for me. The electricians came over professional
and she explained a lot about what was wrong with the meter box.

β β β β β Initial contact was just fine - on the phone everything seemed fine, we made an appointment and the electrician came at the agreed time. The first red flag is that they will NOT send an email confirming the dates and the services that will be performed, including the price. During installation everything was fine but, at the end, I was asked for more money than initially agreed upon, apparently because I was quoted "without tax". I specifically asked on the phone for the "final" price and was told it was 299EUR and that was actually 449,52EUR because of the "tax" and "starting tarriff". Since they never sent me an email with the appointment confirmation, including the agreed upon price, I couldn't prove that I was being overcharged so I just paid the higher amount (the electrician tried to call his "boss" to sort this out but the "boss" never picked up the phone).
There was a second phase, a perilex installation, where I was quoted 1358EUR for a 5-meter cable installation. That was obscenely overpriced and the next electrician that I called did the work for less than half the price (including their starting tarriff).
Bottom line, this company is fine for emergencies - then the emergency will take precedence over the price and shady business practices. For planned electrical work, look somewhere else.
Later edit: obtaining the invoice for the work was extremely difficult and it took several weeks until I received it. I had to call them at least 8 times asking for an invoice, only to be told "you will receive it in 24/48 hours".
