β β β β β Op Google maps staat dat jullie tot 21:30 open zijn , Drie weken geleden aangepast staat erbij. Kom ik om 21.00 uur met een pakje ophalen, zijn jullie gewoon dicht!? Ik snap dat in corona tijd alles een beetje anders is, pasj e openingstijden dan aan.
On Google maps it says that you are open until 9:30 PM, Adjusted three weeks ago it says. Will I come to pick up a package at 9 p.m., are you just closed !? I understand that everything is a bit different in corona time, so adjust your opening hours.

β β β β β DHL geeft aan dat jullie elke dag van 11:30-22:00 open zijn. Maar pakket ophalen is alleen mogelijk tussen 12:00-18:00 is mij verteld toen ik mijn pakket ging ophalen. Op een zaterdag mocht ik niet eens mijn pakket ophalen.
Helemaal niet erg maar communiceer gewoon duidelijk naar jullie partijen zodat je geen false verwachtingen creΓ«ert. Wij als klanten hebben ook allemaal onze eigen planningen die wij moeten aanhouden.

DHL indicates that you are open every day from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. But picking up a package is only possible between 12:00-18:00 I was told when I went to pick up my package. On a Saturday I wasn't even allowed to pick up my package.
Not bad at all but just communicate clearly to your parties so that you don't create false expectations. We as customers all have our own schedules that we must adhere to.
