Ich hoffe ihr kommt gut aus unserer schweren Zeit raus. Still as pleasant as in the days of the Medimax. And the most important employees are still in the house. I hope you get out of our difficult time well.

Auch bei einem späteren Problem wurde kompetent geholfen und für Abhilfe gesorgt. Nur zu empfehlen, weiter so liebes Team von Elektro Denker Goch. Everything worked great, from ordering to delivery. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful. Even with a later problem, competent help was provided and remedial action was taken. I can only recommend it, keep it up, dear Elektro Denker Goch team.

M	Monika Lange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute morgen zum ersten Mal in diesem Geschäft. Ich war auf der Suche nach einer IPad Hülle. Mir wurde kurzangebunden erklärt so etwas hätten sie nicht. So etwas unfreundliches ist mir schon lange nicht mehr über den Weg gelaufen. Mein Geld kann ich auch bei freundlicheren Verkäufern loswerden. Was in this store for the first time this morning. I was looking for an IPad case. I was briefly explained that they wouldn't have anything like that. I haven't come across anything so unfriendly for a long time. I can also get rid of my money with friendlier salespeople.

No Go wir fahren jetzt unseren Drucker woanders kaufen. That was a sentence with x that was probably nothing. Three employees for a business customer who wait and the whole thing is then dismissed yes we have Corona ? No Go, we are now going to buy our printer somewhere else.
1	123 456 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja….. Gibt paar interessante Sachen aber das meiste ist Schmutz . Mitarbeiter freundlich jedoch zu wenige. Nur 3 für den ganzen Laden. MediMax war um Welten besser. Well..... There are some interesting things but mostly it's dirt. Staff friendly but not enough. Only 3 for the whole store. MediMax was worlds better.

Young shop assistant was very helpful. - Superb serive, speaks vell English language I can't tell that about cashier - mid 40's, facial hair, wearing spectacles. When I tray to pay by foreigner card declined by the cashier. This person called me by pigs, other vulgar names in German (with huge smile grin on the face!). - HE'S A RACIST! My phone was translating for me in real time. That was my last shoping in this chain! Went to Euronics no hustle at all!
