β β β β β I had booked a manicure+pedicure appointment for 42.50euros 20 days before the appointment. I also called some days before to confirm and they said it was all ok. I arrive at the place where they inform me that that would perform a pedicure only as there was no lady for manicure- And this would cost 39.50euros (!!). Overall the lady who did my nails was very friendly and good at her job, but I found extremely unprofessional that no one was there for manicure and they never informed me prior to my appointment.
