A) The Elenfhant store had 3 products (Playforever) available, that were showing "out of stock" on many other websites I'd looked at previously (incl. the actual Playforever site!) B) I had hardly finished clicking through my order & payment when I already received confirmation of shipping. C) The products were delivered (Holland-->Germany) 3 working days later. Doesn't get better. Thank you Elenfhant!!! And when you have those Motorcycle/Sidecar Playforevers back in stock, I'll be back!! ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY - I have not received my order or a refund nearly 2 months after ordering. I was initially sent the wrong items and she asked me to post them on to the right customer, which I did. I have sent countless emails and had to resort to messaging her on social media to get a vague reply that the items are on their way - it's been weeks and several more emails requesting a refund which have gone unanswered. I have had to start a long and annoying process with my bank now to get the refund. I get the impression that the owner feels customer service is an annoying and inconvenient part of the business she'd rather not do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Stay away! Do not recommend at all. I made a purchase worth close to €300 EUR (I would consider this a significant amount for a kids store). Firstly I had to contact the shop 9 days after making an order as there was no notification or acknowledgment of my order. Needles to say the parcel arrived quite late. Once I got it, it turned out there was a mistake - two wrong items had been shipped. Although the shop arrange the shipping label for me I had the inconvenience of going to the post office and posting the items back after which I received the correct order. There was not a hint of regret for the inconvenience caused, my follow up emails were ignored. No one ever said sorry, I just got an automated answer with instructions how to ship wrong things back. I am deeply disappointed in how this business is treating it's customers. I will never go back.

This store has a beautiful selection of children's products. I bought a few toys from this site including a Large Grimm's Rainbow (€69.50). When the product arrived, I noticed some major defects including splinters and holes - completely unsafe for children. I wrote to the store with photos of the defects attached as soon as I got the items and checked them, and 1 week later I have still not gotten a replacement. The owner is asking me to wait for Grimm's to respond to her email before she considers replacing the item. This is completely unprofessional at best and unethical at worse, given I bought the item from Elenfhant and not Grimm's. She should absolutely demand a refund/explanation from Grimm's, but it is completely unacceptable for her not to replace my purchase given Elenfhant sold me the defective product.
I'm absolutely disappointed as I really want to support independent businesses. However, this site is not trustworthy, and suggest finding an alternative.
Edit to respond to owner: Splinters and holes should not be in children's toys - this is a defective product and has been thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some lights and sent a direct message to the owner "Petra" on instagram asking when they would be shipped. She responded and said she had just been to the post office to ship them, I then received the track & trace number, this was on Saturday 12th December and I received them on Wednesday 16th December and they were wrapped beautifully. Excellent service being that they were shipped from the Netherlands and I am in the UK. Would highly recommend.

I was apprehensive to order from this company based on some of the less than pleasant reviews I saw but I really wanted a particular pram they sell that I couldn't find anywhere else. I first ordered the pram in cream, it was delivered fast and in perfect condition. Then I placed a second order for another pram in gray, and again it arrived fast, in perfect condition. This company was wonderful to deal with, I'm so glad I ordered. Thank you!

More, than 1 week long the shipping time from Netherland to Hungary, but I can tracking the shipment. Petra is great and kind person, I love her shop and his instagram page. She answer the emails fast and very helpful. Usually, i get the shipment notification and tracking number on same day (ordering), but this order shipment notification was lated a little bit, maybe she get lots of order by the Easter. But I recommend! Thank you! ?
