★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had al heerlijke thee gekocht op Keltfest en Castlefest.Daarna contact gehad over een kruidenthee voor ontspanning/voor het slapen gaan. Eleonara heeft de samenstelling voor ons aangepast en gemaakt. Helemaal geslaagd en boven verwachting zo lekker!!!!! Contact was ook heel prettig.
I had already bought delicious tea at Keltfest and Castlefest. After that I had contact about a herbal tea for relaxation / before going to sleep. Eleonara has adapted and made the composition for us. Totally successful and beyond expectations so delicious !!!!! Contact was also very pleasant.

A lady with a lot of knowledge, clearly gives good advice and thinks along with you! Really recommended! Her tincture helped me get rid of an eczema where all kinds of ointments from the doctor didn't help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mailtje gestuurd met de vraag of er nog een bepaalde wierook was. Uit een snelle respons bleek dat het een wierook was voor evenementen met tips voor andere soorten wierook die erop leken. Uiteindelijk zat er in het pakketje een handgeschreven kaartje en een gratis sample van de wierook waar nog een klein beetje van over was. Geweldige klantenservice en nog betere producten! Absolute aanrader.
Sent an email asking if there was a certain incense. A quick response showed that it was an incense for events with tips for other types of incense that looked like it. In the end there was a handwritten card in the package and a free sample of the incense of which a little was left. Great customer service and even better products! Absolute must.
