Gezellige, betaalbare salon. Erg vakkundige mensen die er werken. Voor mij geen andere kapster meer die aan mijn haar mag komen.

Beste kapster en Barber ooit! Mooie zaak, highclass interieur! Mijn vrouw komt vanaf dag 1 al bij de kapster. En ik bij de Barber. Raad de zaak zeker aan! Proberen waard!

Geweldige zaak! Hele mooie interieur, erg schoon, vriendelijke personeel, heel gezellig! De Barber, nail artist, schoonheidsspecialiste, tandenbleek specialist, de zonnestudio en de kapster.. heb bij allen een behandeling gehad meerdere keren, en ben erg tevreden hoe ze mij adviseren, behandelen en mijn wensen vervullen! Een goed luisterend oor met sfeer, gezelligheid en betaalbaar! Dat is wat Elit Cosmetics is! Zeker meer als vijf sterren waard! Beveel het iedereen aan in mijn omgeving! Ben een zeer tevreden vaste klant!

Geweldig!! Kwam hier om mijn uitgroei te verven en mijn haar ziet er nu heel goed uit. De kapster maakte er zeker van dat ik naar huis ging met haar waar ik van hield en dat is zeker gebeurd! Ik kwam eerst van een andere kapperszaak en was bang dat het niet goed zou gaan maar alles is perfect geworden! Zeker aan te raden!

Een super fijne plek waar je terecht kunt voor bijna al je beautybehandelingen, ideaal dus!

Zeker aan te raden! Ik ga hier langs voor lazerontharing en wordt behandeld met de nieuwste apparatuur. Ze vernieuwen hunzelf regelmatig en zijn up to date met de nieuwste technieken en trends! Na 5 sessies ben ik nu zo goed als haar vrij! De zonnebank is ook zeker aan te raden! Zeker het proberen waard!

Everything Perfect!

Worst experience ever. I bought a social deal to try a face spa. After the treatment which was ok ( nothing great) but because it was a social deal I thought she did it s bit shorter than usual by letting the masks longer than usual. At the end they told me that they had massage for 60 minutes 50 euros. Because I have a very stressful job I decided to try it. The massage started at 17:09. It was OK until at 17:45 she started to place a mask in my face by 17:47 she left the room for 16 minutes!( i check it because this time I was paying full price for the massage and not a cheaper offer). When FATMA cameback at 18:03 she remove me the mask and ask me if everything was ok. I told her that i was very unsatisfied with my 60 minutes massage which became 35-40 minutes. That I never had a massage this way and that she should not sell it as a 60 min massage when it is not. FATMA said sorry, that next time she will do it better but made me pay full 50 euros anyway, without paying by the counter ( when last time i paid by the counter). Unfortunately all her behaviors make me realize that she doesn’t care about their clients but just getting her money. Honestly, if someone like me take 15 minutes of her busy life to write this report is because this woman deserve it. If you are going to by any social deal try any other business, if you can. But if you are going to pay full price, don’t go here, they will give you less than what they offer and if you complain, they don’t care. My 50 euros went to the rubbish because this situation stress my back after those 35 min massage.... I am never coming back!
