★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly great experience, they have on-call phone staff to help and when I went to the embassy to get emergency travel documents it only took about 15 minutes. The guy was very fast and efficient. Opening hours could be better but its a civil service, they are pretty standard. Totally made a crappy series of events a lot easier on me.
