★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried calling the consular service for 3 days now, morning, midday, and afternoon... Nobody picks up the phone!! Not even a waitlist or hold or anything.
When I call the embassy, they refuse to answer any questions, and keep passing me off to the consular service. If the consular service won't pick up their phone though, I cannot get any questions answered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Consulates/Embassies of the world. They are unfriendly and inflexible. Not to mention the work schedule from 09:00 to 16:00. They enjoy the Portuguese public holidays and the Dutch ones. Instead of making our life easier they only make it difficult. I am really unhappy with their services. I rather book a flight to Portugal to deal with my affairs than resort to their services!
