โ โ โ โ โ One time, I needed an urgent passport extension. Everyone from the front gate security to people working in the office were very very helpful and quick to respond to my case. I got my new passport after 1,5 weeks only.
They really care about their citizens.

โ โ โ โ โ I've applied a new passport on 2nd June (my previous passport is about going to expired). I supposed to pick up my new passport on friday, June 18th. But 16th June i got an email from embassy telling me that there is a delay and it needs 1-2 weeks for them to finishing my passport. So i sent them email and i also called them 24th June, informing them that I really need my passport because I already bought tickets for me and my daughter for an urgent family needs. The staff, Mr Joseph who picked up my phone was really helpfull and very friendly. The very next day, Mr Joseph called me; informing me that my passport is ready to be picked. I also received an official email from embassy on Sunday 27th June informing me that my passport is finished. Plus I still got a voice mail from embassy staff that my passport is ready. Today, Tuesday 29th my new passport finally is on my hands. The security staff was helpfull and friendly, also all the staff behind the service desks. Thank you for all the staff who have made a lots of effort in finishing my passport.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been coming to this place to renew my passport several times. Recent experience was the best. I need to renew my passport but due to COV-19 situation, the embassy has to limit the service and passport application is by appointment only. I couldn't get a time slot then sent an email, asking what are the options/possibilities.
Within 1 working day, a reply has been received and to get a better explanation, they called me outside their working hours. An appointment was made, again outside the time slot they provided.
The staff was friendly and helpful, I can see the improvement made. Thanks for the team, I feel like I am treated properly at my "home".

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff and fast! Iโm renewing my passport. I donโt have to make an appointment. You need to come workdays between 9-12AM to submit your documents. All the payment is with pin. No more cash. You donโt have to queue so long (like in Indonesia). So fast!! And within one week your passport is done!

โ โ โ โ โ From Den Haag Centraal, go to bus station and take bus number 24 (platform A). Stop at Banstraat, and you'll arrive immediately after 3 minutes walking. The embassy is very accessible and quite big. You are expected to take numbers for two different services, Visa related and Passport related, each represented by one person counter services. They work really fast and professional.
Making new passport will cost you โฌ50 and one week waiting. Extending expiry date will cost you โฌ30 and one week waiting. Making temporary passport (SPLP) will cost you โฌ5 and 20 minutes waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude person on phone, it's a male and I didn't ask his name (lucky you ?) Indonesian coming at you because they need your assistance, they need your help, they depends on you that much. And this is how you pay YOUR fellow Indonesian citizen? With a very rude service? Shame on you!
If i know other places that could assist with immigrations but required much more money, I'd rather come there and get their assistance instead of calling this place. My disappointment is beyond measure! I came to you to ask for some help, not begging money from you, the way you talk to me is as if I'm a beggar asking for sums. Shame!
