★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer hier een embleem besteld, de eerste heb ik het verkeerde bestand en het verkeerde formaat geüpload, ik werd netjes geholpen ze hadden zelf het formaat aangepast zodat ik opnieuw de juiste bestelling kon plaatsen en drie dagen later thuis gekregen.
Top bedrijf, een aanrader.
 Ordered an emblem here twice, the first I uploaded the wrong file and the wrong format, I was neatly helped they had adjusted the size themselves so that I could place the correct order again and got it home three days later.
Top company, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embleem besteld om op te strijken op t-shirts. Werkt helemaal niet zoals het beschreven staat in de bijgeleverde beschrijving! Ik dacht aanvankelijk dat het aan mijn strijkbout lag, maar ook bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf met zo'n warmtepers lukt het niet om de print los te krijgen van het plastic laagje. Kortom, 2 shirts verprutst en nog 8 embleems over die niet te gebruiken zijn. Contact gehad met Embleem.nl, maar zij geven aan dat het niet kan dat de embleems niet goed zijn. Niet erg klantgericht dus. De geboden oplossing om alles (incl. t-shirts) op eigen kosten op te sturen slaat natuurlijk nergens op, dan worden het alsnog hele dure embleems! Het was passender geweest om toe te geven dat er misschien ook iets fout zou kunnen zijn met de embleems, en nieuwe op te sturen. Ik schrijf niet graag een slechte review, maar in dit geval kan ik echt niet anders...
Emblem ordered to iron on t-shirts. Does not work at all as described in the accompanying description! At first I thought it was my iron, but even at a specialized company with such a heat press it is not possible to separate the print from the plastic layer. In short, 2 shirts messed up and 8 emblems left that cannot be used. I had contact with Emblem.nl, but they indicate that it is not possible that the emblems are not good. Not very customer-oriented. The solution offered to send everything (including t-shirts) at your own expense makes no sense, of course, then it will still be very expensive emblems! It would have been more appropriate to admit that there might be something wrong with the emblems as well, and to send new ones. I don't like to write a bad review, but in this case I really have no choice ...
