Habe sehr kurzfristig (3 Tage vorher angerufen) einen Termin für 8 Uhr bekommen wo ich auf das Fahrzeug warten konnte. Die Wartezeit konnte ich mir in einer netten Sitzecke mit Kaffee und kostenfreiem WLAN angenehm gestalten. Beim Wechsel der Reifen ist noch aufgefallen, dass die Bremsen erneuert werden müssen. Das wurde dann noch schnell mit erledigt. Auch die Batterie vom Schlüssel konnte direkt gewechselt werden. Auch wenn es von außen eher als kleines Autohaus (im Vergleich zu manch anderen Auto-Palästen) daher kommt, ist der Service hier wirklich groß-artig. Was there today for the first time with the company car to change tires. I got an appointment for 8 a.m. at very short notice (called 3 days in advance) where I could wait for the vehicle. I was able to spend the waiting time pleasantly in a nice sitting area with coffee and free WiFi. When changing the tires I noticed that the brakes had to be replaced. That was then quickly taken care of. The key battery could also be changed directly. Even if it looks more like a small car dealership from the outside (compared to some other car palaces), the service here is really great.

Mein Auto wurde von innen und außen gereinigt. Großes Lob, so einen Service bekommt man nur noch selten. I can only recommend it would be sent to this dealership by my insurance company after a wilderness accident. The repairs were quick and everything was well organized. My car was cleaned inside and out. Great praise, you rarely get this kind of service.

After many tips from friends and family I sought advice from this dealership. Very pleasant contact, and clear agreements let me to get the car fixed here. Well worth the 1:15 hour drive from Utrecht!!
