Communications at the end could have been better to let us know she arrived safely, but a huge load was taken off our shoulders. Thank you

EMS Ambulance provided me with support in the medical situation and guidance on how to proceed. While I never end up using the service, the attention and guidance provided in a very difficult moment, was indeed, outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I had a very bad experience with this company. They lied to me and my friend. Made her pay £10,000 for medical escort from the UK to Nigeria. Which they never did. They delayed in all their responses and were rude to us immediately payments were made to them. Her mum was never escorted to Nigeria and she sadly passed on in UK. We asked for a refund atleast hoping they might only charge admin fees since they never went through with the contract. EMS had the audacity to send an email saying they won't refund a penny to this poor girl who was mourning and was trying so hard to take her mom's body back to Nigeria. She suffered emotionally, psychologically, mentally and physically because of it. This is a horrible company to me. I hope I never ever ever cross paths with them and they will surely get what they deserve. For your information at some point you refused to communicate with my friend. I had to step it after taking her money. So i have been involved in this from the beginning. You are all so inconsiderate. You stopped responding to this poor lady until i called and was pleading. I have all the records and chat messages. Refund her money EMS medical emergency. I was the one who informed you of her mom's demise and thought she was later revived but unfortunately she passed. And I informed you immediately. Refund her money and stop this baseless defense. This is robbery at its peak

My husband’s COVID case was unique: all the challenges faced from the initial poor prognosis to the turbulent domestic hospital stay and given how critical he was, triggered the decision to transfer him through air ambulance. EMS Doctors began to consult with the doctors and they understood how important and urgent is to have him moved. My husband was considered unstable for transfer by the local doctors and the repatriation flight was delayed, but the medical ambulance team did not give up. They were calm, knowledgeable and attentive and went above and beyond to complete the transfer at ease despite the anxiety, fear and the entire stressful situation. Effective and timely communication between the EMS team and the way they coordinated with the local hospital, helped facilitate efficient and well thought out decision making all in the best interest of my husband. This medical team opened a whole new world for my husband and for that my gratitude will forever be shown. These people are truly a blessing - I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company have been so helpful in repatriating my father back to the UK after he suffered a stroke in abroad. They helped overcome many obstacles met in the foreign hospital as well as arranging admission to our local hospital. Diana has been a calm, reassuring voice on the other end of the phone dealing with all the administration. And the medical escort- Abdul has been amazing in dealing with many unexpected complexities of getting my father back home. This team have made a challenging situation so much easier to deal with. As a family we are so grateful to them.
