Die Trainer schaffen es einen mit einer sympathischen Art ans persönliche Limit zu bringen und ein effektives Training mit viel Spaß zu absolvieren.
A team of trainers with special qualities. The training not only leads you to the desired goal, but is also incredibly fun. The trainers manage to push you to your personal limit with a personable way and to complete an effective training with a lot of fun.

Kein Vergleich zu den normalen Muckibuden.
Zwischen EMS-Athletics und einem normalen Fitness Studio liegen nicht nur Welten sondern Galaxien.
EMS-Athletics ist jeden Cent wert, was man von Muckibuden noch lange nicht behaupten kann.
Erst durch EMS-Athletics habe ich meine Fitness Defizite wirklich in den Griff bekommen. Das vorher von mir besuchte Fitness Studio war dazu nicht im Stande.
EMS -Athletics steht ganz klar für Qualität stand Quantität.

You can tell immediately that there are very well trained professionals at work.
No comparison to the normal gym.
Between EMS-Athletics and a normal fitness studio there are not only worlds but galaxies.
EMS-Athletics is worth every penny, which cannot be said of Muckibuden for a long time.
It was only through EMS Athletics that I really got my fitness deficits under control. The fitness studio I visited before was unable to do this.
EMS -Athletics clearly stands for quality and quantity.

EMS ist ein Trainingsprogramm ganz individuell auf jeden Einzelnen zugeschnitten; auf die jeweiligen Belange; dem derzeitigen Gesundheitszustand und dem persönlichen Ziel. Kein Vergleich zu den "üblichen "Fitnessstudios.
Beim 1:1 Training kann der Trainer sich voll und ganz auf den/der Trainierenden einstellen und so kann in jeder Einheit ein individuelles Training stattfinden.
Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall
I can only agree with Volker.
EMS is a training program that is individually tailored to each individual; to the respective concerns; the current state of health and personal goal. No comparison to the "usual" fitness studios.
With 1: 1 training, the trainer can fully adjust to the person doing the training and so an individual training can take place in each unit.
Definitely worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das EMS training ist eine sehr gute Ergänzung zu meinem bestehenden Training und nochmehr zu meinem Büroalltag, um gerade meinen Rücken in der Tiefenmuskulatur zu stärken.. was mir im normalen Hanteltraining in der Tiefe weniger gelingt. Super personal. Bin top zufrieden. ?
EMS training is a very good addition to my existing training and even more to my everyday office life, in particular to strengthen my back in the deep muscles ... which I am less able to do with normal dumbbell training in depth. Super staff. I'm very satisfied. ?

Nach Fitnessstudios, die nix von professioneller und guter Kommunikation hatten . Habe ich mich entschlossen EMS zu testen und bin mit immer guter Laune dabei . Es macht einfach nur Spaß und ist sehr effektiv . Die Mitarbeiter sind professionell und sehr freundlich …. Ich würde 100 Sterne geben

After fitness studios that lacked professional and good communication. I decided to test EMS and I'm always in a good mood. It's just plain fun and very effective. The staff are professional and very friendly…. I would give 100 stars
