About ENECO
Vaak is verhuizen vaak een moment om opnieuw naar je energiecontract te kijken. Ook kan het zijn dat je niet tevreden bent over je huidige leverancier. Wanneer je een vast contract hebt, kun je boetevrij overstappen als je contract afloopt. Controleer dus tot wanneer je huidige contract loopt. Je energieleverancier kan je een boete geven als je overstapt voordat je contract is afgelopen. Eneco vergoedt in een aantal gevallen je boete. โ โ โ โ โ Ik had gebeld met de klantenservice om mijn eindafrekening te betalen toen werd ik beloofd dat ik een mail zou krijgen. Dit heeft niet plaats gevond ipv dat kreeg ik de incassobureau achter mij met extra kosten. Eneco belooft wat, vervolgens gaat iets anders doen.
 I had called customer service to pay my final bill when I was promised that I would receive an email. This did not take place instead of I got the collection agency behind me with extra costs. Eneco promises something, then it will do something else.

โ โ โ โ โ A guy from Eneco came to my door saying he was doing a survey of my neighborhood. I specifically asked him if he was trying to sell me something and he said no. So I believed him and I answered his questions about my current energy company, my plan with them, and how long I have been with them. Then he started telling me about an offer from Eneco and how I could "save money" with Eneco!!! I reminded him that he told me he wasn't trying to sell me something. I even talked about sleazy salespeople who claimed they were "just trying to help me," and this Eneco guy parroted that lie by saying he was just trying to help me! I told him I didn't like his dishonesty especially when I asked him directly if he was selling something. Then I asked him to leave. Shady, sleazy sales tactics. I will never use Eneco.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever. They came yesterday for boiler service, replaced a few parts for "caution" and right after they left boiler started leaking. Now I have no hot water and Eneco says this is not urgent so they refuse to come back in 24 hours for the service they broke! This is unacceptable.

Every month I have to have a 30-60-minutes-long call for the problems they cause. Even their so-called solutions are just new problems. People answering phone are nice but most of the time giving wrong or deficient information. They hardly do what they promise to do, on time or ever. I should get a discount for my phone bill. Unfortunate enough, I can't change it, because of the building. :(((((

โ โ โ โ โ Worst company. Avoid them. They will send you invoice even after full settlement so make sure to block them after termination of contract. Never ever do business with them as they will mislead you. They are not professional. Avoid them.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst energy company I have experience..... WIHTOUT contract with me and WITHOUT any paperwork showing the reason, Eneco is trying to collect my personal information and send people to my property to check or remove anything "BELONGS" to them. No legal, No respect!
