★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een vraag over de levertermijn van mijn product en was wat ontevreden over het feit dat dit wel 5 dagen kon duren. (Ik vertrek op reis over 4 dagen). Maar wat mij echt ontevreden maakt is dat de telefoniste de telefoon gewoon neerlegde. Het was 17u en de werkdag zit er dan op. Ik weet nu niet of mijn bestelling genoteerd werd of niet.
I had a question about the delivery time of my product and was somewhat dissatisfied that it could take up to 5 days. (I will be traveling in 4 days). But what really makes me dissatisfied is that the operator just put the phone down. It was 5pm and the working day was over. I don't know now whether my order was taken or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site totalement anti commercial et pratiques très douteuses. Service client en dessous de tout et arrogant. Les pratiques commerciales sont illégales en France mais ils n'en ont rien à faire, dixit le service client. A fuir, il existe d'autres sites excellents où les pratiques sont honnêtes.
Je dois rajouter que suite à ce premier avis, voici la réponse d' Energetica-Natura: Nous trouvons cela très ennuyeux pour vous. Nous aimerions recevoir votre adresse électronique afin que nous puissions en discutes? Nous sommes convaincus qu'ensemble, nous pouvons trouver une solutio...
Or je signale que j'ai déjà écrit et téléphoné plusieurs fois mais sans réponse à chaque fois, alors dire qu'ils veulent en discuter, je ne vois pas comment. S'ils voulaient discuter, ils commenceraient pas répondre à mes courriels.
Totally anti-commercial site and very questionable practices. Above all and arrogant customer service. Commercial practices are illegal in France but they do not care, according to customer service. To avoid, there are other excellent sites where the practices are honest.

However, I point out that I have already written and phoned several times but without an answer each time, so to say that they want to discuss it, I do not see how. If they wanted to chat, they wouldn't start answering my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je renvois des produits commandés en trop, au bout d'un mois d'attente de remboursement on me dit que mon colis est bien arrivé sur la plateforme mais qu'il faut un moi et demi au moins pour avoir le remboursement je rappelle,on me redis la m^me . au bout de 2 mois ^passés je téléphone encore pour m'entendre dire qu'il n'y a aucune trace de mon colis, il aurait fallu que je fasse un courrier suivi, bref je ne reverrais jamais mon argent, j'ai envoyé le courrier à la bonne adresse, au début il était réceptionné ensuite il n'y en avais plus de trace.Une honte, dégoûtée,, honte sur eux
