★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a water pump that stopped working so I have literally liters of water coming in my house everyday because of that , I have to be home non stop to change buckets full of water so it won’t overflow. This is an emergency but somehow this useless company makes me wait for more then 5 weeks and till today it’s still not done . Today someone should finally be here for the new water pump and then I get a phonecall that their worker it’s sick and I need to make a new appointment.
It’s the worst company ever and the worst customer service ever existed. Never ever hire them for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Energiewacht West is a joke. When you call you have to wait forever listening to an answering machine telling you that you're the next in line (right....).
Service technicians pass by the house, can`t find parking space and disappear. Three different service technicians in a row did not manage to diagnose the error (and replaced parts that did not need replacement).
Promises to call back were not met.
A very long story short; do not make the mistake to use this company for a maintenance contract on your warm water equipment! You'll be out of warm water for a week and NO-ONE at Energiewacht West will take you serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very experience so far had issue with my boiler was able to reach the helpline very quickly to get an appointment the same day. Technician on time and repair properly done my old boiler is working like a new one. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company. Extremely poor service. Took the online subscription for boiler maintenance and thereafter they sent an engineer after 2 months for inspection and uptake. The engineer eventually was not able to do the inspection due to company policy and he proposed a re-retrofitting of my pump, which I agreed to. To cut the long story short, they gave me another appointment and nobody ever showed up for more than 6 months and I kept paying the monthly subscription fee and calling them. Finally, I cancelled out and until date I never received any reimbursement for my payment, even though they promised to pay and yet no service rendered.
By the way, the lady on phone is very rude and not polite. Perhaps, it is the company's culture of dealing with clients...just money driven with poor service sums it all up for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling support on Sunday morning 10:00 it took only two hours before the technician was at our house. I was pleased to see such a quick response outside of business hours. The thermostat gave an error because of a lack of water pressure. The technician fixed the water issue, explained to me how I can fix this the next time, and he did a basic check on the machine itself to see if there were other problems. Overall once again a very pleasant experience!
