It is very nice in Enkhuizen my boyfriend lives there. Especially at the harbor it is nice and cozy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Bahn Endstation. Von hier fahren S - und Intercity Züge ab. Alle über Amsterdam und weiter. Super Anbindung nach Amsterdam. Sauberer Bahnhof und ein tolles Restaurant mit Blick auf einen Yachthafen.
S Bahn terminus. From here S- and Intercity trains leave. All over Amsterdam and further. Great connection to Amsterdam. Clean train station and a great restaurant overlooking a marina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free parking for the whole day! A clean, yet paid toilet. On the other hand, the WiFi is free. There is also a little cafetaria.
All the doors open automatically, which is very handy during these Corona times, as then you don't have to touch the door knobs. The only thing I miss is someone to ask questions about purchasing tickets that the vending machine outside cannot answer for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, little, but very functional and clean train station, next to the bus stop and to he Ferry terminal. In less than 5 min you can get into the cozy downtown of Enkhuizen. At the trainstration is a Brasserie with a lovely terrace and nice menu. Next to the station is a FREE parking for the whole day!
The station opened on 6 June 1885 and is located at the end of the Zaandam–Enkhuizen railway. The station and services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen. The station has a nearby ferry departure point with a ferry to Stavoren. There is also a ferry to and from Medemblik, allowing one to travel the so-called "historical triangle" using the Steamtrain Hoorn Medemblik from Hoorn to Medemblik, the boat to Enkhuizen. Both ferry services operate only during the summer period.
