Ik heb de dag dat ik de auto moest ophalen heb ik een e_mail ontvangen dat de auto niet beschikbaar is. Ik heb toen gebeld ik heb gevraagd kan ik ee andere auto krijge? Toen ben ik niet als klant behandeld ik vind deze bedrijf slecht niet klantvriendelijk bedrijf. En onaardige klantservice. I have reserved a car from December 4 to December 6. The day I had to pick up the car I received an e_mail that the car is not available. I had then called I asked can I get another car? Then I was not treated as a customer I think this company is bad not customer friendly company. And bad customer service.
R	Remco Bandoge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime sortering van auto's als ze een auto niet hebben dan regelen ze het. Maar !! Controleren, controleren en blijven concentreren. Je krijgt het voertuig mee met een 3/4 volle tank met als mededeling de meter is kapot de tank is vol. Voordat je het voertuig terug brengt tank je het af en dan blijkt dat de meter niet kapot is. De jongeman die de auto in nam verklaarde mij voor gek en dat het normaal verbruik 1 op 5 was voor zo'n bestelbus. Tuurlijk is dat normaal voor een vrachtwagen of een Ferrari maar niet voor een bestelbus!!!! Wide range of cars if they don't have a car they will arrange it. But !! Check, check and stay focused. You will receive the vehicle with a 3/4 full tank with the message the meter is broken the tank is full. Before you return the vehicle, you fill it up and it turns out that the meter is not broken. The young man who took the car declared me crazy and that the normal consumption was 1 in 5 for such a van. Of course that is normal for a truck or a Ferrari but not for a van!!!!
A	Andre Post on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over de bus die ik voor een dag gehuurd had. Ik had alleen niet, of er overheen gelezen, dat je ook moet aftanken. Houdt daar dus rekening mee. Ook tevreden over de behulpzame personeelsleden en over de ruime tijden qua terugbrengen. Klein minpuntje heb ruim 2 weken op m'n geld (borg) moeten wachten. Maar met één telefoontje stond het met een paar uur alweer op mijn rekening. Al met al zeker een aanrader om hier te huren. Very satisfied with the bus that I rented for the day. I just hadn't, or read over it, that you also have to refuel. So keep that in mind. Also satisfied with the helpful staff members and the ample return times. Small minus I had to wait more than 2 weeks for my money (deposit). But with one phone call it was back on my account in a few hours. All in all, definitely recommended to rent here.

J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent a car! It is located behind the gas station, it's a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very nice people to talk to and gave us a better deal. We rented a VW golf diesel, stick shift. It had 50,000 km and felt like new. We drove up to Ruurlo, Giethoorn and further into Friesland. A very nice place to visit when the fall colours are on the trees. We did go over the 400km limit for the weekend but that was our plan. They even drove us back to the train station because of the rain! Thanks again
