We knew Enza from Turkey and our parents still use their stuff which are bough years ago but about here specifically some points are amazing. -Stuff is super helpful especially these two girls in picture, kind and full of knowledge about their products -Beds!!! Soooo comfortable, I am not sure it is a good thing but you may not want to wake up -Delivery process is also great they gave us temporary bed to use while we are waiting for our actual bed. -Price also not bad at all, it is more expensive than ikea for example but worth it for sure Thanks Enza

But more importantly, the staffs of the Enzahome shop in Rotterdam are amazingly kind and helpful , they do their best to help you to find the right match and patiently listen to the specification which you are looking for. The 3 ladies who helped us, they were very nice friendly and problem solver. The owner is very lucky that he has trustable and good personel. Besides that all the products we bought had high quality, we are very happy with what we have. Thank you enza .

They advertise 30 day return policy but they lie, abuse their customers, and make up any story to avoid a lawful return of poor quality product. They lie and abuse customers over the phone - don't give them your phone number - be warned! We paid 795 euro for a poor quality bed, told them one day later that it's not acceptable & we want to return, and they refuse, abuse us & shout at us over the phone. These are bad people. And now they stalk me for posting bad but honest reviews about them. Avoid!!

The mattress is Visco Optimum. - Great quality, it supports the back very well, so you will not sink into it easily. But it is not hard for the body either. It is a very smart choice for coupes who have different preferences regarding the mattress softness. - Great service. We ordered online and they delivered to Amsterdam on the date agreed. 2 people from the store helped us carried it to 3rd floor without charging extra fee. Very nice people. - Recommend it!
