★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben vor 2 Jahren uns eine Videoklingel installiert. Gute Beratung vorab, saubere, schnelle Ausführung. Danach 2x telefonisch sehr kompetent bei Problemen mit Waschmaschine und Trockner geholfen. Andere wollten mindestens 70 €, um Vor-Ort den Fehler zu suchen. 140 € gespart, die gehen in das nächste Gerät, was wir bei Albertz kaufen werden.
 2 years ago we installed a video ring. Good advice in advance, clean, fast execution. Then 2x very competent by phone with problems with washer and dryer helped. Others wanted at least € 70 to seek on-site error. Saved 140 €, go to the next unit, which we will buy at Albertz.

Die Arbeiten wurden wirklich gut ausgeführt, alles sauber und ordentlich "hinterlassen". Auch die Art wie man auf unsere Anfragen einging, hat uns sehr gefallen - freundlich, professionell, hilfsbereit - klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert!
After some attempts, we finally found an electrician on recommendation, who understands his craft and is resourceful. The work was done really well, leaving everything clean and tidy. The way you responded to our requests, we loved it - friendly, professional, helpful - great. Highly Recommended!

Als Stammkunden haben wir für meine Großeltern einen neuen Fernseher gekauft. Die Bedienung, welche uns im Laden beraten hat, konnte sowohl auf die etwas einfacheren Fragen von Seiten meiner Oma als auch die Technischen Fragen meinerseits ohne Probleme antworten. Die Bedienung ist sehr gut auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen und hat den auf die Bedürfnisse meiner Großeltern passenden Fernseher raus gesucht ohne Blick auf den eigenen Gewinn.
Bei dem Tag des Aufbaus kamen zwei Mitarbeiter der Firma mit viel Fachwissen und haben nicht nur den Fernseher ohne Probleme angeschlossen sondern auch durch ihre lockere angenehme Art den Tag verschönert.
Insgesamt kann man sich nur bei diesem Laden bedanken. Es gibt in keinem anderen Elektronikgeschäft eine so gute Beratung und dazu noch einen so schnellen und sorglosen Aufbau.
Carefree package!
As regular customers, we bought a new television for my grandparents. The waitress who advised us in the store was able to answer both the somewhat simpler questions from my grandma and the technical questions on my part without any problems. The wait staff responded very well to our needs and looked for the TV that suited my grandparents' needs without looking at their own profit.
On the day of construction, two employees from the company came with a lot of specialist knowledge and not only connected the TV without any problems, but also brightened the day with their relaxed, pleasant manner.
Overall, one can only say thank you to this shop. No other electronics store offers such good advice and such quick and carefree setup.

Wir haben die gesamte Ausstattung technischer Geräte für unsere Wohnung hier gekauft. Bei der Besorgung von Batterien bis hin zum Fernseher und Kühlschrank, wurden wir sehr kompetent und freundlich beraten. Es wurde sich ausgiebig Zeit genommen um unseren Wünschen nachzukommen und das passendste Produkt herauszusuchen.

I'm very satisfied, customer service and the technical department are perfect, the fault on my Samsung refrigerator, which suddenly went out of power, was found within 20 minutes, the employee's solution was brilliant, the costs incurred were absolutely great, thumbs up. Highly recommended;-)!
