A beautiful and well-arranged store with very knowledgeable employees. They had an appropriate answer to all questions and the service is very good.

Na discussie zijn deze aangepast… dat is positief Per saldo een positief gevoel ivm positieve houding om met de klant mee te denken. Good offer TV. Smooth delivery schedule. Assembly costs not in proportion .. too bad. After discussion, these have been adjusted… that's positive On balance, a positive feeling due to a positive attitude to think along with the customer.

Helaas miste het handige boekje met de uitgebreide Nederlandse gebruiksaanwijzing. Gebeld en men zou er werk van maken, en het boekje nabestellen. Nog maar even wachten daarop!!! The only experience is that we bought an Airfryer. And it was neatly done!!! Tip. Unfortunately, the handy booklet with the extensive Dutch manual was missing. Called and they would work on it, and reorder the booklet. Just wait a little longer!!!

Tijdens de eerste was kortsluiting en de wasmachine deed niets meer, Contact gehad met de producent, de wasmachine viel nog binnen de garantie, 1,5 jaar oud, een afspraak met een monteur kon pas over drie weken...... Toen EP Mensonides Bolsward gebeld, leverancier van de machine. Meteen werd mij verteld dat dit niet mocht gebeuren, ik zou 's middags terug gebeld worden. 'S middags gaven ze aan dat ze ook contact hadden gehad met de producent maar nog geen oplossing hadden. Ik zou de dag erna met een oplossing opnieuw gebeld worden. Volgende ochtend werd ik gebeld en EP ging de machine omruilen voor een nieuwe, deze week nog. De volgende dag is mij een nieuwe machine gebracht, geïnstalleerd en de kapotte is meegenomen. Wat een service en klantvriendelijkheid, bedankt EP Mensonides Bolsward! Just got back from vacation and a mountain of laundry. During the first there was a short circuit and the washing machine stopped working, Contacted the manufacturer, the washing machine was still under warranty, 1.5 years old, an appointment with a mechanic was only possible in three weeks...... Then EP Called Mensonides Bolsward, supplier of the machine. I was immediately told that this should not happen, I would be called back in the afternoon. In the afternoon they indicated that they had also been in contact with the producer but had not yet found a solution. I would be called again the next day with a solution. The next morning I got a call and EP went to exchange the machine for a new one, this week. The next day a new machine was brought to me, installed and the broken one was taken away. What a service and customer-friendliness, thank you EP Mensonides Bolsward!
B	Bram Van der Zee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wederom geweldige service. Online (ivm lockdown) tv bekeken, gebeld, gekocht en na twee dagen geleverd. Helaas beviel mij deze niet dus ik bellen en kon met advies op afstand andere keuze maken. Die tv gelijk de volgende dag omgeruild, opgehangen en geïnstalleerd. Kijk dat is nu echte service waar ik blij van word ! Mensonides Bolsward ik geef jullie een dikke 10 ! Again great service. Watched TV online (due to lockdown), called, bought and delivered after two days. Unfortunately I didn't like this so I called and could make a different choice with advice from a distance. The TV was exchanged the next day, hung up and installed. Look, that's real service that makes me happy! Mensonides Bolsward I give you a big 10!
