J	Johnny B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een positieve ervaring. De vriezer was op voorraad en direct op te halen. Een prettige bediening in de winkel met uitstekende hulp t/m het inladen in de auto. Een regelrechte aanrader. A positive experience. The freezer was in stock and available for immediate pick-up. Pleasant service in the store with excellent assistance up to and including loading into the car. An outright recommendation.

De communicatie over de levering was zeer goed en ook de levering zelf ging zeer goed. Tijdens het plaatsen liepen wij tegen een probleempje aan en hebben gebeld met het Witgoedhuis, ook toen kregen we alle ondersteuning. De service vinden wij echt uitstekend. The dishwasher we wanted was in stock here and well priced. Delivery on Saturday was also very nice. The communication about the delivery was very good and the delivery itself went very well. During the installation we ran into a problem and called the Witgoedhuis, even then we received all the support. We think the service is really excellent.
T	Ton Mus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op vrijdag gebeld met Linda dat vriezer niet goed werkte. Telefonisch duidelijk antwoord op vraag of nog te repareren was en of reparatie zinvol zou zijn. Niet dus. Mogelijkheden voor nieuwe besproken en zaterdagochtend om half 9 stond zeer vriendelijke monteur er met een nieuwe. Super snelle, vakkundige en klantvriendelijke winkel. Jammer dat ik geen 6 sterren kan geven. Called Linda on Friday that freezer was not working properly. Clear answer by telephone to the question whether it could still be repaired and whether repair would make sense. Not so. Discussed possibilities for new ones and on Saturday morning at half past eight a very friendly mechanic was there with a new one. Super fast, professional and customer-friendly store. Too bad I can't give 6 stars.
E	Edwin Pos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks dat de winkel best wel kein is (kleine voorraad) kunnen ze wel heel veel leveren. Ze luisteren goed waar de klant opzoek naar is en denken ook met de kant mee. In hun advies overleggen ze zowel de voor-als de nadelen van het product. Hierdoor kan je als klant een goede afweging maken. Ze nemen zelfs de tijd om samen met de kant te kijken op internet wat de mogelijkheden zijn bij wat de klant zoekt. Ook de aftersales is top. Zowel met vragen achteraf als bij problemen staan ze je altijd keurig te woord en zetten ze alles op alles om jou als klant tevreden naar huis te laten gaan. Wij hebben hier zowel witgoed als klein apparatuur gekocht met zeer grote tevredenheid. Ik weet dan ook zeker dat u hier met hetzelfde gevoel het pand zult verlaten. Despite the fact that the store is quite small (small stock) they can deliver a lot. They listen carefully to what the customer is looking for and also think along with the customer. They even take the time to look on the internet together with the customer to see what the possibilities are with what the customer is looking for. The after sales service is also top notch. We have bought both white goods and small appliances here with great satisfaction. I am therefore sure that you will leave the building with the same feeling.
L	Lotte Bouws on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige service. Koelkast zat goed verpakt, werd op vriendelijke wijze bezorgd en naar boven gebracht. Klantenservice is goed te bereiken. Kortom: top! Bestel zeker nog een keer hier. Great service. Fridge was well packed, was delivered in a friendly manner and brought upstairs. Customer service is easy to reach. In short: great! Definitely order here again.
H	Henk van Gog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had EP gevonden als de goedkoopste van het type dat ik wilde hebben maar die was niet op voorraad (chipset ellende door corona) Daarna gebeld en de dame ging direct zoeken bij alle andere vestigingen van EP en ze heeft er toch nog een gevonden. 2 dagen later hing er bij mij weer een mooie nieuwe Intergas Combiketel. Prima werk geleverd I had found EP as the cheapest of the type I wanted but it was not in stock (chipset misery due to corona) Then called and the lady immediately searched all other EP branches and she still found one. 2 days later I had a nice new Intergas Combi boiler. Great job done

Meestal zijn wij van de internet aankopen, maarja nergens de wasmachine die we wilde te krijgen. Dan toch maar een elektro zaak in de buurt bellen. Bij Witgoedhuis aangekomen, ook die hadden de wasmachine niet op voorraad maar ze hadden wel een mooi ander alternatief. Door de lockdown is de winkel niet open, dus dan maar via de telefoon besteld. En ook nog dezelfde dag bezorgd, zodat ik nog kon wassen van het weekend. TOP service! Worth 5 stars so far! My washing machine broke today. Usually we buy from the internet, but nowhere to get the washing machine we wanted. Then call an electrical shop in your area. Arrived at Witgoedhuis, they also did not have the washing machine in stock, but they did have a nice other alternative. Due to the lockdown, the store is not open, so ordered by phone. And also delivered the same day, so I could wash over the weekend. GREAT service!

De dame die me geholpen heeft wist alles over de verschillende wasmachines te vertellen. Heel prettig als je door de ruime keuze op het internet niet meer weet welke wasmachine je moet kiezen. Ben dan ook heel blij met de Bosch wasmachine die ik gekozen heb. Een bezoek aan de winkel is dan zeker de moeite waard. Voor € 15 wordt hij thuisbezorgd en ook nog eens op de 1e verdieping gebracht en aangesloten. Super. Very nice shop! I drove there especially and it turned out not for nothing. The lady who helped me told me everything about the different washing machines. Very nice if you no longer know which washing machine to choose due to the wide choice on the internet. I am very happy with the Bosch washing machine that I have chosen. A visit to the store is definitely worth it. For € 15 it will be delivered to your home and also brought to the 1st floor and connected. Super.
