★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought these glasses the other day. The broke after 4 hours of wearing them. I took them back two days later and the lady replied that all sales are final and not her problem. No exchange or refund or apology. Don't buy from here, their goods are bad quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The lighthaired lady with the septum was being incredibly defensive for no reason! Complaining about how busy she was....
I have never been treated this badly as a customer before. She embarrased me (while im recovering from social anxiety) when I was asking her for something in a polite manner which I always do since I work in a hectic environment as well and I know that being a rude customer just is an awful way to be. She really said she wouldnt help me because shes too busy unpacking stock...I actually will throw away my purchased items now since theyr linked to such an awful interaction and this stupid store doesnt do returns. This store really does not care!
EVEN WHEN I was waiting calmly in line the lady acted defensive about me not making it known that I was waiting in line ?????? Nobody blamed her for not seeing us wth...
