★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was begin dit jaar bij Laura voor een 2 daagse, paardencoaching gecombineerd met meditatie en reiki healing en een heerlijke Lunch plus slapen in een heel fijne b&b met uitzicht op de paarden... het was een ervaring die moeilijk te beschrijven is...
Een meerdaagse maakt het echt af, je gaat na de meditatie met een haarscherpe intentie de bak in en hebt de tijd om alles te doorvoelen, er over te schrijven en na te bespreken. Op dag twee terug de bak in helpt echt om nog meer helderheid te krijgen en je inzichten verder in te laten dalen. De reiki als toetje helpt echt om als herboren naar huis te kunnen!
In de omgeving kun je ook heerlijk wandelen, bij elke stap verder verankeren... zo wordt het weekend echt een krachtig retraite!
 At the beginning of this year I was with Laura for a 2 day horse coaching combined with meditation and reiki healing and a delicious lunch plus sleeping in a very nice b & b with a view of the horses ... it was an experience that is difficult to describe ...
A multi-day program really completes it, after the meditation you go to jail with a razor-sharp intention and you have the time to feel, write about and discuss everything. Back in jail on day two really helps to gain even more clarity and let your insights sink further. Reiki for dessert really helps you to go home reborn!
You can also enjoy hiking in the area, anchoring every step of the way ... this really makes the weekend a powerful retreat!
