★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two pairs of loupes. The first one's glasses fell out, the second one I paid for was completely out of focus. Wrong prescription. I paid for import taxes on both. Paid postage on both. They refused to arrange pickup of the last faulty pair despite giving me a faulty product twice. I have bought 100% faulty expensive loupes with no attempt on their side to correct their mistake.
